The company is great, and their customer service is amazing! They didn't have the spotlights I wanted, but they gave me the next best thing. Then, they found out they had some in stock and sent them to me. Their support is quick and incredible. I'll definitely be back for more!

Ordered wheels in September of 2022. Was told it would be 9-10 months. It is now September of 2024 and they can't give me any information and I still don't have my wheels. Update- I was told it would now be December of 2024 potentially. Every time you request an update you will get a reply that adds 2-3 months. You can't connect with them through the chat and they generally don't care.

Literally always have the best prices for name brand car parts, and all you do is put in information for your car and they show you every part that will fit your car. The hardest part is picking your favorite!

They are garbage with ship and customer service and they lie I would give them 0 stars but one is required. I have tried to place two different orders and they seem to have lost my orders and can never ship on time

The products they sell are good matches for factory replacements. They higher performance headlights were something I considered but decided against using for Honda Element. Projector lights for this car probably would make it more difficult to see. Elements have huge A-pillars and several other blind spots so it’d be better t just get the black bezel stock assembly. They have shipped already after just one day after ordering so, so good so far.

Travis did a great job helping me out when I really needed it. I recently encountered a fitment problem with my old wheels and needed a new set FAST in order to keep the project moving, Travis jumped right in to help me, quickly building me a custom invoice and rushing my order through the process to get them sent to me as soon as possible. This is #3/3 for great experiences with Vivid, they’re my 1st. stop for parts for my ‘99 Eclipse.

This was my first time ordering something from Vivid Racing. Tommy was super helpful and even though I made him search for like 8 different things and there were probably 12 phone calls back and forth between us, he remained happy and helpful and made it an all around very nice experience!

Vivid Racing was the only distributor that had all the Body/Aero Parts for my 2008 Lexus IS F. Travis walked through my build and gave me honest opinions. Never felt pressured to make a quick decision. He checked on parts that were not on the shelf and Vivid is one of a few distributors that is an official seller of WALD Japan. Travis w/o asking was taking my parts order and saved me some shipping cost. I have a few more pieces I will be buying from Travis @ Vivid Racing.

Very poor communication and customer service. Only three out of my four piston rings came in an and my seibon hood didn’t come in at all which I paid near 1k for. Reached out many times via call and email but all I got was voicemail and no response through email. Would not recommend this supplier at all if you want what you ordered.

We took a lot of time discussing options until I felt really confident I was making the right choice for what was a custom order with long lead time. Enjoyed working with him and the entire process of narrowing down those options.

So far so good! Website was really easy to use, has multiple payment options. Communication has been really good too!! I’ve gotten updates on what point of the process my orders at. Only hiccup has been I was told my item would ship on Monday 5/27 however it has not yet (I can totally understand why though, with 5/27 being a holiday). Still really excited to get my hood, can’t wait!!

Very fast shipping and great customer service by Jorge Garcia. My request of holding the wheels at the fedex location to be picked up instead of delivering it to my home address went very smooth. Ordered a set of volk racing te37 sl on 4/10/24 and it was delivered on 4/12/24. Given I’m in CA and vivid racing is in AZ, most other sites that sell wheels that are here in CA won’t have that fast shipping and would probably take a week to be delivered. I highly recommend vivid racing for all your car part needs.

Nick was very helpful in making changes to my order since I live in Southern California and has certain restrictions on certain items. 🤨 but Nick turned it around and made my purchase a better one. Extremely poor customer service! No returns after 30 days even if original box has not even been opened. I would avoid doing business with a company who treats its customers in this manner. It’s obvious from their poor reviews that many other unsatisfied customers feel the same way. I have done business with many other auto parts suppliers and manufacturers and have never had an issue as I have experienced with Vivid Racing. Buyer beware!
