I placed an order for my grandson for two items he desperately had to have for a meet. There was an issue with one of the items, and Vivid Racing let us know immediately so that we could make other arrangements to purchase that item. The quick release steering wheel that they had in stock was shipped quickly and delivered on time and my grandson was delighted.

Worked with Vivid for years and Greg is always there to lend a hand. If you have questions never be afraid to reach out and call, Lot of places don't do calls emails only, which sometimes it takes 10 to 15 emails to figure out a question because you might have to explain it in different ways. Call they pick up and will get it settled quicker.

Despite a hiccup with the secondary freight company, who dropped off the shipment when I wasn't home, which could have been a huge issue if there was damage.

My experience overall was great. Chris helped confirm parts availability in the US and significantly reduced shipping costs. He also communicated well via email.

The Chargespeed Carbon Hood and Trunk for my 2020 ND Mazda Miata are impressive, despite minor imperfections which are attributable to Chargespeed rather than Vivid Racing.

Vivid Racing has pretty much everything you need. I have a motor sports shop located in CA, and Greg Schultz Has taken care of my orders. I’ve ordered Rims, exhaust systems, had ecus unlocked and tuned, programmers, ect. Everything has worked out perfectly.

Stephen was insanely fast with responses and calling back/answering the phone, some of the best online customer service I have ever had. Comparing it to RH.com it is like comparing an SF90 to a VW bug, night and day. He even was able to price match and cut shipping costs. Best website for any time of parts I have ever been to.

lights didn’t completely fit right and ended up being an extra bulb after i had everything plugged in (2003 Pontiac Grand Am). was made specifically for my car but had to take it to the mechanics and get them to install it as it needed to be reworked and that’s out of my skill set. was hoping to be able to put them on myself but that resulted in a huge extra cost.

The item I ordered was out of stock and wouldn’t be available for an extended period of time. I was offered a comparable replacement and the item was promptly shipped out to me. Very courteous and communicated very well both over the phone and via email to ensure I was happy with the replacement item and that I would be credited the difference in cost. I would definitely order more items from this company. Excellent follow through and customer service. Thank you so much.

Can I leave 6/5 stars?

At end of the day even in a digital world personal service sells. Nate now is my personal go to guy when I need something. We quite literally just email him what we are looking at and he builds us a cart and a deal and we close the sale. This truly is a 1 of 0 experience in the performance world and it will not be our last. As we build this for our channel and new company launch Nate and vivid will be out first stop for products.

Availability and a wide range of parts. Most have forgotten about the Porsche 996 and just do not offer much. This site is different. I will be able to put together my plan for my Porsche by utilizing Vivid Racing.

Great communication and the wheels for my GTR fit perfectly!! The tires they say would fit those rims actually fit their rims and tucked nicely below the fender. Wheels get compliments everywhere I go. Vivid racing forged wheels for the r35. Got them in Matte black

I have not used Vivid before but I am impressed with the ordering process. After I paid for the item was told I would recieve a email when the order was processed and I did. In that email was options if I needed it quicker or any needs I may have, with a actual number I could call. I cant ask for anything more, once I recieve the item I will be sure to tell my experience.

I spoke with a sales rep about tires and explained my situation and he insured me that my tires would stick out from the sides of my truck. I went ahead and purchased the tires. Had one placed on the rim and put back on the truck and that was not the case. These tires were even with the side of my truck. I called to do a return and spoke with the manager in the returns department, Bailey, who Said they would return three tires but not the one that was placed on the rim because it was considered used even though it never touched the street. Long story short, I am now stuck with one, $850 tire and have to pay $40 per tire ($120) to ship the other three back. My advice to you who are buying tires from this company is, if they ask you to take a picture make sure the tires are NOT on the rim because they will refuse to take it back. I am now $1,000 in the hole due to being given inaccurate information from this company.
