My experience with this website is great other than when it comes to withdrawal. It has been 5 days from my withdrawal request. I've send some documents for security purpose. Hope I get my money soon so I can give it a 5 star rating.

It is a joke of a bookie, it is the same scam bookie a betobet, champion bet and any other bookie that this provider, They limited me to 1 eur max per bet and minimum 1 eur as well, the joke comes when you try to bet only 1 eur they say your exceed the limits jajjajjaj. After asking to refund my money they say I need to do the rollover 5x the deposit. So ovbiously the only way is the casino which they have it controlled. Please dont even try this sh!tty. bookie and warn anyone who wants to open an account there. Customer service are like bots saying the same garbage all time.

I'm trying to withdrawal my money for 766euro since JULY!!! I already completed my rollover and I provided all my bank information and my ID Card to them for 2 month now they keep asking for more and more information. I keep provided them and they did not withdraw my money!

Now my money stuck in there since JULY!! This site don't withdraw your money!!!

Stay well away - 3 months asking to close my account and they will not do it.The single worst site and all staff on chats are bots - "Maddison" has been on chat for 48 hrs now and counting.

App is designed to not withdraw money: my account was forgotten after a month and when I deposited more money I had to wait a week for the account to clear. I had to call customer service and have a check mailed a week later. I was asked to provide my password over the phone for verification which is deeply insecure. Expressing my security concerns resulted in my account being locked and having to wait 24-48 hours for additional verification to check out the next time I tried to log on.

The company feels to amateur to trust them with my money in the future. I feel there is a large risk of them getting hacked with their current security posture.

I must admit that i deposited the minimum amount of money(witch is 35€ like whats that why do i need to deposit that much) and i staked in a game. I won the game and in like 1 hour the money was in my 1bet account. I need to withdraw the money in my bank account and thats where the problem is. For withdrawing you need to deposit 3 whole times(minimun is 35€) so 105€ for it to let you withdraw to your wallet. You are there to just stake and play a bet safe and you need to risk 105€ just to withdraw your winnings. After that it may take up to 3 working days for the money to withdraw. Thats nothing good for the people that use the app. Please 1bet respond to me and dont make me pay 105€ for my winnings to withdraw. I won just to pay again? Thats not fair for anyone!

I unfortunately thought that 1Bet was a normal enterprise and didn't read through the terms and conditions. So based on my false assumption that they were a regular casino, I deposited and was lucky enough to get a win. When I went to withdraw I was told that I hadn't churned my bets enough. This was a first for me. I still don't understand this, you bet, you lose then its your problem, you win on this site and your forced to continue to play to get your winnings. I still haven't managed to get my withdrawal. My advice to my self is to never, never use this site again

Awful website, they are real scammers. They don't really help you to make a self-exclusion. Cash out is not available. Support doesn't help. Almost impossible to verify your account.

I have a telegram channel that gives daily football betting tips and has 70,000 members. I was scammed a year ago too. When I requested a withdrawal, there were very funny conditions. They asked me to send a photo of my credit card and cover parts with paper. Although I did not use it the time I requested to withdraw the money. Also, when I requested to withdraw the money, it was to a bank account. It took a week and after I sent everything they wanted, they refused to withdraw the money on the pretext that my credit card is valid for less than a year. Still waiting for I'd approval documents to be approved some casinos take mins its over a day now. Have a withdrawl of 3500 but by the looks of the reviews here I may have 0. Please approve my withdrawl and documents. I have received a withdrawl statement thanks 1 bet will change to 5 stars once deposit is made. Update I have my withdrawl of every penny. Probably one of the best out there.
Fast verification
Excellent selection of slots.
Odds on sports are great

Only issue is withdrawal time.
Been 48hours now since I've requested a withdrawal
Agent has contacted me to confirm a small fee due to a number of withdrawals made in 30 days.

Will change to 5stars as soon as withdrawal is gone through as i truly believe this betting site is one of the best around and want to continue betting with them for the foreseeable future. But withdrawal times need to improve

EDIT 3/7 : As promised, 5Stars, just received payment.
Again my only issue is the withdrawal system is abit slow compared to other sites. I can appreciate that it's done manually to protect themselves as well as the players. The payout was quite large also so I can understand it took extra time.

But anyway love the site love the slots, and highly recommend them.
The staff who works the chat are also excellent at communicating, I didnt sense any scripted chats they seemed like personal messages.

The chat agent says the same thing that relevant team will respond but it’s been months and no one responds to emails! There should be a class action law suit against this fraudulent organization.
