Terrible place to get your hair done

Terrible place to get your hair done. Their slogan says, Your Best Look. Our Promise. That’s far from what you get. I asked for a certain hair color which was no where near to what I got. Four hours later my hair looked pretty much the same. Their not close to being professional as to what their sign promises you. I asked for a refund back, but they apparently don’t care about their customers satisfaction.

I do not like to give out personal…m

I do not like to give out personal information…I was bullied by the check out person to give my phone number or someone else’s. (What? I’m not giving out my personal information…certainly not giving someone else’s).
I was told I could not return the items if I did not give my phone number. I told her I just wanted to purchase the items and go home. She said her company required a phone number if I wanted to return the item…I said I would use the receipt. Evidently that is not good enough for a return as items could not be returned without a phone number.

Why would they encourage their employees to bully someone for not giving our personal information…AND SHE WAS BULLYING! They must sell my information and I am the product…not the silly fingernail polish I was trying to buy. This company is shameful.

Ulta block number and ignore my emails.

In March 2024 I made 30 purchases at Ulta online and had several problems. I have called more than 1000 times and my 2 phone numbers have been blocked and I have sent more than 100 emails and no one has resolved anything so far. They just tell me to wait. They do not honor the promotions and do not let me return the purchases and I have several boxes in the middle of my living room for 5 months. I am having a loss and it is affecting me emotionally. I spent more than $10 thousand and I cannot do anything with the products until it is resolved. I am exhausted from so many calls and emails and nothing is resolved and each time I have to tell the same story from beginning to end. I am emotionally exhausted from so many problems that this store is causing me.

Nora tints and waxes my brows at the beauty bar at the Ulta on Wadsworth. She always does an amazing job. She is very friendly and professional.

Today I needed help to purchase a couple of items.
Well first of all I walked in strongsville Ulta and this beautiful young lady greeted me so nicely.
Then she helped me until I found what I was looking for.
Her name is Ahlam, HER CUSTOMER SERVICE IS INCREDIBLE.

Ulta is the best!

Ulta is my to go store for all face and body products it has everything and more from luxury to affordable make up. Definitely recommend anyone that wants to just spend hours and hours in the store and buy lots of goodies. This is a place to go.

July 20th I ordered online

July 20th I ordered online, it said it arrived July 24th. I have a front door camera and I work from home. Never did the package arrive. I quickly got on the phone with customer service which has been nothing but a nightmare. I provided photos of my front and back door. Showing that "proof of delivery" is not even the same layout, wrong color of building. No sending of my products, or refund, NOTHING and I am a platinum member with Ulta. Sephora is looking a lot better to deal with. ZERO stars, DO NOT BUY FROM ULTA.

ULTA Scam. Warning- Don't order online.

I ordered over $110 in product from Ulta with a total of 6 products. A padded envelope arrived with one of the six products. When I contacted the company through email and by phone, they refused to make the situation right saying they could see that a package had been delivered. I contacted the BBB to file a complaint and realized they have a ONE STAR rating with them as well. Even with the BBB contacting them to help resolve this issue of the missing product, Ulta refused to talk with me live or make an effort to resolve the issue.

Purchased 70.00 worth of lipstick on…

Purchased 70.00 worth of lipstick on national lipstick day because I wanted the gift set that you get when you buy over 60.00. Well it was supposed to come with 3 full size products which was why I made the purchase. For the gift set. Well when I received it of course it was I complete and missing the full size item. Customer service could not send the item out by itself. I can’t stand Ulta anyways. Sephora is also way better

Order never arrived. No refund given

Ordered online 6/9, tracking did not work properly and I never received package. No proof of package ever provided. I put in claim with UPS and Ulta, almost 30 days later they still have not refunded or replaced. I was forced to dispute with my credit card and STILL waiting for reply. I will never purchase from ulta again and hope this does not happen to others.

Beware when placing online orders at Ulta!

I recently placed an online pick up order in which the item I ordered ended up being out of stock. They proceeded to charge my bank account the full amount of the order even though they didn’t have the product I ordered. When I called to resolve this, they said I’d get the refund within 3-5 business days. It just seems kinda messed up that they would charge me before even confirming if they had the item in stock or not. They were quick to take my money but in no rush at all to reimburse me for an order that wasn’t even fulfilled. I’ve never had this issue with placing online orders at any other business. Ulta needs to revise their system!

Hello,

Ulta customer service is the worst!
Stole my hard earned money! 

Refusing to resend or refund my account for 3 items missing from my order!
As soon as I opened my package I called Ulta customer service & the lady promised my issue will be taken care of! 
3 days later supervisor emailed me that Ulta weighs packages before shipping & because of that their distribution department supposedly shipped everything out.

I have pictures of what I received but they won’t refund my money or reship items

They damaged my hair

On June 22, I made an appointment through the App with Clara C. at Ulta in Hesperia, for root and keratin express. She made me completely blonde and bleached my hair so much that it was damaged and broken, I don't know what to do, it's terrible. It looks very damaged everywhere, you pay and think that because it is Ulta they are professionals and it is a safe place and it is not like that, I paid $225 to have my hair damaged, it falls out in pieces. I don't know what to do.

ULTA discriminates against elderly customers. suspended online ordering capability knowing that I am a senior citizen and not always can travel to the store. customer service is useless and their employees are rude.

ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE

I contacted ULTA about a delivery address update, I had one guest service person hang up on me, another made zero effort to help and told me no manager was available and then when the manager emailed me, they didn't respond. I paid more money to UPS.

Awful customer service.

Awful customer service.
Haven’t been able to place order online for months now, due to payment not being accepted. Tried multiple different cards, Paypal, apple pay, which used to work just fine months ago, but now due to some issue on Ulta’s end they don’t work. Contacted customer support who said they elevated the issue to their technical support team. Well, it’s been a month and they haven’t reached back at all to even try to fix the issue.

I WENT TO JANTZEN BEACH ULTA epic FAIL!!!!🤬
I have been wearing individual lashes for 10 years and I am transitioning to false self application lashes and they guided me in all the wrong directions… HOWEVER SARAH AT CLACKAMAS WAS SO GENTLE GIVEN THIS IS A SENSITIVE AREA FOR ME GIVEN I LOOK LIKE A NEW BORN BIRD WITH NO EYE LASHES🫣😭😭 and barely wanna go in public!!! BUT SARAH AT CLACKAMAS MALL ULTA NOT ONLY HELPED ME BUT SHOED ME EVERYTHING I NEEDED AND REASSURED ME THAT SHE SAW MY EYE LASHES GROWING BACK AND MY REGIME IS WORKING!!!!! I BOUGHT EVERY DAM THANG SHE RECOMMENDED- almost paid her rent if I could have🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣

Terrible service

Terrible service, mean people screaming on clients. When i ask for my change employee told me that she already gave it to me, then start screaming that I'm trying to fool her and i need to leave shop, but another client saw everything and told her that I'm saying truth. She gave me my change without any sorry.

Horrible attitude,lacked professionalism and complained entire time about having to work

I had a hair appointment with someone who seemed professional prior to my appointment. During my appointment she made very unprofessional derogatory comments and horrible faces I could actually see in the mirror reflecting upon her appointment with me when her assistant asked her questions regarding her working to resolve a bad experience I had prior to her. She complained the entire time how she hated her job and working such long hours and having way too many clients. She complained it took her 1 hour to put my hair in foils. She complained about every procedure required to die my hair. She complained she was going to be with me for way longer than she ever wanted to be. She also told me her entire personal life struggles, poor health, divorce and I was nice and listened. She just wasn't nice period. Her complaining about every aspect of her job and life was unreal. Maybe because the manager was not present and she knew she could get away with the unprofessional behavior? I had a totally different perception based upon talking with her prior. Then charged me $379.00 for the services. I still gave her a really good tip but I'll never go back to Ulta ever again for hair services period. And I probably shouldn't have tipped as well as I did. Still need to wash it. We'll see if it's damaged soon. Because when they put a ton of products on your hair it looks deceivingly smooth but after washing it then you see the true damage they've done. But then you've already left a great tip and it ends up being your loss not theirs.
