The package with UPS was repeatedly…

The package with UPS was repeatedly delayed, with the delivery date changing up to five times. When I finally received it, the shoe box was torn, including the D&G box, which was disappointing since this was a gift for my friend. The surprise didn’t look good for presentation, and the shoes were scuffed upon arrival. The entire package didn’t meet my expectations, which is very upsetting.

Quality Guaranteed!

The one thing that I love about shopping at YOOX is that I can always be sure of the quality of their products. They never disappoint. I happily refer them to family and friends because of their quality.

Non Existent Customer Service

Still waiting for my order to ship even tho they billed me more than a week ago (BTW this is illegal in NJ where vendors cannot charge your card until item ships)

Absolutely appalling customer service

Absolutely appalling customer service. After receiving a product that looked cheap and nasty I sent it back via UPS 7 weeks ago. It is 'stuck' in another country and there is an investigation. I was told this would take 8 business days it has taken 11 so far. They don't reply or update you - you have to do all the chasing. You can't get to speak to anyone in charge. I am essentially accepting I will lose my £150. Then they have the gall to send me a customer survey about my experience!

I HAVE BEEN A CUSTOMER FOR OVER 15 YEARS AND I RECOMMEND IT BECAUSE I FIND THE BEST BRANDS AT THE BEST PRICES. THE SERVICE IS PERFECT AND MY PARCELS COME TO GREECE WITH VERY GOOD PACKAGING AND WITHOUT ANY DAMAGE.

Is good store for past years designer brands.

Is good! Is not bad! But not the best!
Discontinued or past clothing models for designer brands, somtimes with small defect or sizing wrong because of tag not correct, but somtimes you get somthing that works and if not they have a good return policy.

Excellent customer service! I have returned my item and the refund has been prompt. I had 5 transactions with Yoox in total already and more to come as long as prices remain competitive.

The choice on Yoox is excellent, quality and look of the bought boots are great, delivery was fast, the packaging so thoughtfull, I simply loved it.

Very bad customer service! They never help!!!

I am very disappointed with Yoox. I ordered several items, but my Iceberg denim jacket (which costs 63 USD) was missing from the package. Despite reaching out multiple times and providing evidence, their responses have been unhelpful and dismissive, insisting only that the package was delivered without acknowledging the missing item.

After my last review, they responded promising to resolve my issue quickly (see my previous review). However, six days have passed with no further communication or assistance. This feels like a broken promise, and it’s frustrating that I’ve received no help at all.

My child was really looking forward to this jacket, and the lack of follow-up is unacceptable. I've escalated this issue to the Federal Trade Commission, and I will not shop with Yoox again. I advise others to think carefully before making a purchase.

Disappointed

Regrettably, YOOX let me down. Late delivery it took UPS 12 days.I had the purchase for abroad presents and cost me additional spending of £1200 due to traveling on Wednesday 9th and your purchase showing four days later. My doughter showd me picture of mold package of Hogan shoes that made stains and markes. Guys you and your UPS partner disappointed me.
