great product! I have bought many items from Baleaf for a few years. Never disappoints. Recently bought thermal leggings-so soft and double pockets on each side. A fan for leaf! By the way, I am 69-great for all ages!

On June 29 I placed and paid for an order. 15 days later it had not arrived. I called and surprisingly someone answered. Customer service apologized and told me it was on backorder. They were sorry they had not notified me to inform me. I was assured the merchandise would arrive at the end of July. Nope. Fortunately, I paid with PayPal who refunded my money immediately.

I have not been disappointed with any of Baleaf products. Their choices of colors, styles, fast shipping are exceptional compared to other companies. Recently I ordered their Bermuda shorts in 3 different colors. For an older woman at 64, the length is perfect for covering up spider veins and the material is very soft. Overall very pleased as always!

I was sent the wrong colored pair of capris from Baleaf but received a prompt and courteous response from Aaron. The issue was resolved very quickly and i am very happy with this resolution!

The order process was straightforward and smooth. The online photo of the garment is true to its appearance. The fabric of the shorts has the perfect amount of stretch and drapes beautifully. I ordered and received one pair and have already ordered two more pairs in other colors. Excellent experience.

I love my Laureate UPF50+ DWR Capris! I pulled them on immediately out of the package and they fit beautifully, material is soft, workmanship is excellent, waistband is comfy and adjustable. These will be my go-to travel pants this summer! I am super happy with my baleaf wokout capris and shorts too. Love this brand!!

They were running a half off sale which I took advantage and got several ten dollar shorts and shirts. Love their stuff when you can buy 5 items for the price of another.

Ordered online via website rather than through Amazon store. Items that arrived were extremely low quality and poor fit. When contacted to arrange return refund as per their policy they refused and tried to offer 20% then 50%. I then initiated a PayPal case and they told me they would only give me a refund if I cancelled it however it can’t be reopened if I do that. Extremely sketchy business practices here. I refused to close it until they refunded so they stopped replying. PayPal found against them and I was refunded.

I have purchased 4 knee length skorts from Baleaf and they are terrific! I got them for golfing but they are great to wear anywhere! The material is comfortable, the pockets are deep, and the fit is perfect. I am extremely satisfied with this product!

My experience was not great-because 1 of 2 skirts never was delivered. And I wish you would ship to Hawaii.
But when I reported the problem Albert responded immediately with options. I was very happy with that, and we found a solution quickly-excellent customer service. I hope to receive my second skirt soon. I LOVE he first one.

If I could give a 0, I would. I ordered shorts on June 4th and paid expedited shipping. It’s July 23rd, and I have not received the shorts. They were not marked as an “out of stock” or “back ordered” item and I received no notification that this was the case. I received notification that they had shipped on July 19th and they’ve been sitting one state away from where I live since then. So much for expedited shipping.

I was extremely impressed by the fast response to my inquiry regarding returning clothing to the U.S. from Canada. Baleaf has some very stylish and yet simple pants which I plan to buy. Their prices are very attractive. It’s definitely worthwhile taking a look at their website!

Customer service is completely non-existent. I ordered two pairs of capris. At first the online tracker said the order was delayed with no further details, so I sent an email asking when I might expect to see the order. ZERO response. I followed up, again ZERO response. Then suddenly there was a notice of delivery however one pair was missing. I checked online and it says "partially delivered" which really doesn't help me, so I sent another email letting them know I'd received one of the two pairs and I asked when I could expect to get the second pair. ZERO response. Just horrible service. If I hadn't received one pair, I would be thinking that this was a total scam. I will never again order from them and will let everyone I know not to as well.

Baleaf is making amazing and affordable athletic wear and I am so here for it!! I love their skorts for pickleball & can’t wait to try everything else. I know they also make amazing cycling shorts. Their customer service is so good too, they sent me the wrong size by mistake & I had the correct size within a week & told me to keep the wrong one! Seriously refreshing to have a company that cares AND makes decent products.

I purchased a pair of yoga dress pants through Amazon about a year ago and loved them. Purchased other brands but returned them because they were not nearly as well made and the material was not as good as Baleaf. I have since purchased 4 additional pair of the yoga dress pants, 4 pair of capris, 2 long skirts, and 1 knee skirt. I only wear Baleaf and I wear them every day. As a bonus, they all have pockets!

I was concerned about the arrival of my order. I contacted the company and received an immediate response. Even better, I received my order in a timely matter. Also, I am very happy with my pants. They are true to size and are exactly the material and style I wanted. They are comparable to more expensive brands I have bought. I will continue to shop from Baleaf.

There are two things that I was a little disappointed about:
1) I was surprised that the pocket on the left side of one of my skorts is upside down. However, a customer service representative explained that the upside down pocket was designed to be used for tennis balls. Maybe I just missed that in the product description;
2) though the skirt portion of each skort fits me perfectly, the shorts underneath squeeze my legs too tightly such that they ride up my thighs uncomfortably. I guess I should’ve gotten a size larger but not sure if the skirt part still would have fit right.

I bought the Hooded Cycling Windbreaker. It is a great jacket! I had a problem with the elastic draw string at the bottom of the jacket that wasn’t repairable. I contacted Baleaf customer service and got a prompt response and they resolved the issue quickly and easily. I couldn’t be more satisfied with the jacket and the customer care I received.
