Booked USA car hire in the UK before our trip. Was easy to find the desk at the airport and collect our car. No hard sales for additional insurance (which we already had) and the toll system was explained to us. Car in excellent condition, very clean. Drop off was simple and efficient. Would definitely recommend and use again.

Collection of the car at Faro Airport was straight forward with no hidden extras and also the agent spoke perfect English. The car was in perfect condition. We returned the car at 4am and the agent was already there to meet us. Again handover was quick and effortless. Would use Zest again

Hiring a car for a road trip around Sicily looked like a bit of nightmare until I found Zest. The whole booking process was so clear and straightforward. Insurance options and all other details were very clearly explained on the site and in the confirmation emails. We picked a highly rated provider (Locauto) and had no problems at all. I can safely say that the Zest process took all the stress out of hiring a car. Will use them again.

The car was exactly the one we booked and in great condition, clean inside and out. The collection took less than 15 minutes and the return less than 5 minutes, it is the best hire car service I have ever had. The cost was less than half that of the big companies at the airport and included full insurance. The complete experience was excellent, I will definitely recommend Drive4fun to my friends and relatives.

Initial car hire process through Zest was excellent. Condition of car equally good. My only gripe is it is becoming common practice for the providers to be reluctant to accompany customers on the initial check of the car which is a poor practice. On two occasions I have discovered unrecorded damage and only after being firm with the provider did they then inspect and record damage. Zest need to reinforce this policy for the customers protection.

Good choice of rental companies, own top up insurance, never any problem so always use. Reasonable value and clear instructions. Presumably the rental companies have some pressure to provide good service otherwise they won't be linked to Zest.

The booking process was easy to follow and offered a variety of choices at very good rates.
When we needed to vary our booking requirement the staff were very helpful, personable and sorted our request quickly and efficiently.

Have been using zest for years. Cannot fault their service, even though this year, because of flight changes and COVID cancellations to some of our party, nothing was too much trouble. We even got a cheaper deal in the end.
Service like this is so rare these days that it is almost unexpected.
Wouldn't go anywhere else!

Hired a car through zest, mainly because of our ages it’s one of the only that rent to over 70s. The car was great, price excellent and the service brilliant. They even came to our hotel to deliver and collect so no waiting around

Collection was very smooth and efficient at Faro Airport the member of staff was extremely knowledgeable and helpful and we were given guidance on fitting our baby seat. On return a week later we were immediately met by another staff member who checked the vehicle and the fuel level and we were away within 5 minutes of parking up. Fantastic 5 star service

We've used Zest a couple of times and they have been great, I will definitely use them again and recommend them to others. In the super tricky and stressfull world of holiday car rental, it really feels like they are on your side, and indeed at you side should they be needed, just a phone call or email away. Great reassurance, communication and professionalism!

Very competitive prices, but more importantly very good customer service. They monitor the performance of the car hire companies they use, and on the odd occasion of something not quite right, they have a 24 hour help line to resolve any issues. They are now my go to Hire Car broker in Europe.

the worst bunch of cheats I have ever came across in 40 years of car hire for holiday . They sub- contracted us out to another bunch of hounds click rent .I should have walked away at their reception desk when there was collection of people arguing with them .We were given a car way below what we ordered and paaid for and when we returned it the said it had a scratch under the front bumper and they then charged me 900 euros to repair.We drove 70 miles in the car in a fortnight we would have been cheaper with taxis.Honestly these people are are so dishonest they have to be outed .AVOID AVOID AVOID .I wonder how much they are paying for their false reviews

Easy journey from booking to pick up and then return. Provided with the car that we booked and not an alternative. Easy to locate the office and easy to return. Would definitely recommend.

The website was easy to navigate and I felt very comfortable booking an Italian rental car through this company. The price was very reasonable compared with other sites. Communication very good and the insurance options very clear to understand. I wouldn't hesitate to book another rental through this company.

I rented a car from boycar Izmir airport through Zestcar. Prices were very reasonable and booking process very smooth. Very good and quick communication with Zestcar team. Hire company Boycar is situated just at the airport, and collection process was really smooth and I was driving the car after 10 minutes. Returning was even quicker, around 2 minutes, they didn’t search for a scratches etc, just Quick Look around the car. Deposit refunded next day. I had a full boycar insurance plus topup insurance from Zestcar.

Clear instructions given for easy pick up and drop off, had the option for airport pick up, friendly service and great prices in comparison to other companies we looked at. No hidden fees, everything visible and explained at time of booking. Would definitely choose Zest again for future bookings.
