AMG-1(AM Cannabinoid 시리즈의 일부)은 진통제로, 캐나비노이드 작용제다. Δ-THC의8 파생 모델로서, 경직되고 확장된 3-위치 사이드 체인이 있다. AMG-1은 CB에1 대한 적당한 선택성을 가진 CB와1 CB2 모두에서 강력한 작용제로서, CB에는12 K가i 0.1nM과 비교하여 0.6nM이다.[1][2]
