This article is about the type of Monster Part. For the Material in Hyrule Warriors, see Monster Tooth.

Monster Fangs are recurring Items in The Legend of Zelda series.[1][2] Monster Fangs go unnamed in Breath of the Wild and Age of Calamity.

Location and Uses

Breath of the Wild

Monster Fangs are Monster Parts dropped by Bokoblins and Moblins. Bokoblin Fangs are worn-down and blunt, whereas Moblin Fangs are sharp.[3][4] Both types of Fang can be used to Cook Elixirs at a Cooking Pot, sold at the Fang and Bone for Mon, or used to Enhance Armor at a Great Fairy Fountain.

Echoes of Wisdom

Monster Fangs are an Ingredient that can be combined with another Ingredient to make Potions or Unfortunate Smoothies. When used in a Potion, they may greatly boost the effect of the other Ingredient used.[2]

Monster Fangs may be dropped by certain Monsters upon defeat.

The following table lists the Smoothies that are created by combining each Ingredient with a Monster Fang.

  1. These nails come from the terrifying, one-eyed giant Hinox—a beast it's best not to get close to. It must be said...monster fangs and nails don't have much destructive power when attached to weapons. But what do you think happens when they're used as arrowheads? Why, I'll tell you! Their sinister shape increases the arrow's destructive power quite tremendously! Of course, I toiled tirelessly to build up my collection, so...eh...I would never use these specimens in such a way. — Koltin (Tears of the Kingdom)
