Tears of the Kingdom

Echoes of Wisdom

Rock Salt is an Ingredient that can be combined with another Ingredient to make a Smoothie. When used in one, it usually imbues the Energy Recovery Added Effect, which causes the Smoothie to restore a portion of Princess Zelda's Energy.[3]

Rock Salt may be found by destroying Rocks. It can also be purchased in bulk in Goron City for 30 Rupees per piece. A portion of Rock Salt can be sold for 6 Rupees. As a reward for completing the Side Quest "Glide Path", Seko gives Zelda 10 pieces of Rock Salt, which he claims were his snack.[6]

The following table lists the Smoothies that are created by combining each Ingredient with Rock Salt.
