In the tutorial, and in any other polymer app I've tried, I'm not able to scroll using the mouse wheel or the keyboard (eg, using the down arrow). For example: https://www.polymer-project.org/apps/polymer-tutorial/finished/ The only way to scroll is to manually interact with the scroll bar. I'm using Chrome 37.0.2062.120 on Linux.
