Summary

Pedagogical improvements to core sessions:

  • delay-distributions: Add solutions, better callouts, clearer explanations
  • biases-in-delay-distributions: Major improvement explaining primary vs secondary event censoring
  • R-estimation-and-renewal-equation: Better formatting and explanations
  • nowcasting: Add baselinenowcast reference, improved formatting
  • joint-nowcasting: Clearer model specification explanations
  • using-delay-distributions: Improved structure

These all look good I think. The forecasting and ensemble content was largely updated by Nick so we should add some credit to him somewhere/potentially ask him if he is happy for this to be upstreamed.

@nickreich are you happy for us to update our Stockholm course to use some of the slide changes you made to the ensembling session for last years SISMID?
