This addresses #729 and #663 requesting documentation of boxplot whiskers and AQI. Also, I looked at #665 and realized it can be closed--it has already been fixed.
Thanks to @sarenseeley for sharing the short IQMs definitions--I pulled some minor additions from them to hopefully make things more newbie-friendly, I've found myself googling many IQMs recently.
