I'm Noam Teyssier, a Senior Computational Biologist at insitro.
I was formally a Bioinformatics Scientist at the Arc Institute and initially did my PhD in the Kampmann Lab at UCSF.
I work at the intersection of functional genomics, machine learning, and gene regulation in the context of neurodegeneration. I also build rusty bioinformatics tools.
I'm an advocate for open source and share all the tools I've developed during my personal research.
