I wrote a review back in may this year and guess what.... yes you are right we are still waiting for someone to come and fix our back door!!! After months of waiting they offer us 1 day and we are not available. So now we get to wait how long before someone can get back to us with the dates. We have provided dates we can do to try to be helpful but they ignore that. Still waiting for sealants to be fixed and now the tape on the ceiling is coming off, these are all open jobs and yet we are still waiting with no communications from them, they just leave you hanging, they give you a 2 year warranty because they take so bloody long to get back to you, I think they hope you will forget about it. Zero customer care and if I'd known this at the start I would never have gone down this road with them.

We brought our house Oct 24 they couldn't do enough for us the 1st couple of months after that we have had nothing but problems they keep saying they are going to contact us and they never do. We have a back fence that they did not put up properly and we have been chasing for over a year now. Every time we speak with someone they say the last person has left. Our back door does not fit properly let's in the wind and rain they sent someone down and it was not even their door, we are still waiting to hear!!!! will have to wait and see as we can't actually get anyone to commit to doing the work and doing it properly or turn up when they say they are going to. This is the most stressful experience I've ever encountered with moving house and I have lived in a few houses.

I used a particular colour in my old house and loved it, I couldn't remember the name but my brother, who is a decorator, remembered the name and when I went on your website it is still a colour used. :)

Oven tray could do with colour description, only because I had seen in store I knew it was dark green and what I wanted.
Cast iron pot I have used pretty much daily since purchasing, I love it and works with induction hob. If food sticks get into soak straight away, any residual marks sprinkle with salt and it should clean off.

The website is shocking to be honest it just jumps around all the time I've had to walk away from it on more than one occasion as I find it far to frustrating nothing wrong with chocolate 5 start it's just all the faff to get it.

I ordered the item my partner wanted for Christmas.. I've not looked at it yet as I wouldn't know what I was looking at! Lol delivery was excellent came earlier than expected which in my book is super service... just wish all companies were as efficient.
