PDF Guru debited R800 from my account…
PDF Guru debited R800 from my account without my permission on 12 September. I am still trying to recover my money. I did not authorize this debit and believe I was misled. I used my card to pay R15 to compress some documents, but a few days later, R800 was deducted from my account without my knowledge or consent. I am requesting a full refund and an explanation for this unauthorized transaction.
