I recently had a situation where I made a mess of my auto top-up and had to call for assisitance to get the matter resolved. The customer support agent I dealt with was Ese and he could not have been more helpful. I called just before the support line was to close on a Saturday and Ese was not only helpful and pleasant but stayed 30 minutes late to make sure my issue was resolved (which it was). Ese is an example to all customer support agents. He should go far!

Once again my experience with Pinergy customer service was excellent. It took only a brief couple of minutes and the customer agent knew exactly what to do and did it quickly. I also find all the customer service agents with Pinergy friendly but efficient and professional.

I spoke with Kyle & explained that I needed a statement of account & he said no problem & would put it into place & to expect it via email within 3-5 working days.

I was having issues trying to access my account with Pinergy until I made contact with Pinergy's Customer Support and a lady named 'Kay'. With great patience, perseverance, detailed guidance, gentle, calm and friendly voice, Kay, put me at my ease, guiding me through my issues and, eventually, I left my contact with Kay and Pinergy a happy and relieved customer.

The agent was expert and made conversation shorter and also he did all what could have been done, i could see that he troubleshooted and investigated, also he was professional speaker and very gentl, friendly and clear, speaking from technical support agent worker my self i gave 5 stars, eventhough my issue was not resolved but the support was excellent still

My experience with Pinergy has been awful. Their prices are exorbitantly high, and to make things worse, they began double charging me even after I switched to another provider. Their customer support is the worst I’ve ever dealt with – completely unhelpful and unresponsive. I’m still stuck paying dual bills after the switch. Avoid them at all costs!
