Way too many top ups compared to previous provider, also the the app sending me notifications late at night to say top up when I had 7.50 in it

When I had Pinergy installed there was no small meter provided. I rent out the apartment with Airbnb and it is not convenient for people to download the app for 1-2 night stays. When I enquired why I didn’t receive a meter I was told there were none available at the time but I would have one in 2-3 weeks. I am still waiting 8 weeks later

The daily charge is very high...my property was empty for some months, using absolutely no electricity and the daily charge was €1.06

I really like the smart tech allowing users to monitor and top up on the go. It seems a lot of the other pay as you go providers don't utilise this feature which seems odd

Absolutely cannot recommend Pinergy enough as an energy provider! Having rather blindly paying over €120+ per month as a bill pay customer for a great many years I was recommended Pinergy by a neighbor and friend.At first I was skeptical so monitored the cost and usage maybe twice daily to keep an eye on it but I cant quite believe the reductions I have seen so far and am quite annoyed at myself for wasting so much money for so long paying bills at twice the cost with a competitor! I have had the Pinergy top up service for almost 4 weeks now and have only paid €60 for the month to date ...that's HALF what it cost me on bill pay. What's even more impressive is I can watch every bit of usage and see where I may be wasting unnecessarily on the smart meter Pinergy provided me with (a neat little device less than the size of the palm of my hand). I can also top up from the comfort of my couch whenever I need to (its a 'tap 1 button' job...literally!!) .
As I said, I was a skeptic to the pay as you go option but I have well and truly been converted (also very efficient and pleasant customer care team btw ,who were very kind and patient to my many questions when deciding on changing over. (I believe they are their to answer calls 24/7 which is reassuring !)
If you are considering a change of provider I am highly recommending Pinergy!! well done !

I think it's quite expensive compared to other providers. Cannot wait to finish the contract.
The bulbs provided does not cost €200. Low quality bulbs.

The meter keeps losing its external communications connect, as a result the app and auto top up do not work.
