Super creepy atmosphere!  I always felt like I was being followed despite never finding a monster.  The anti-grav was a bit difficult to cross through doors with but really fit the space station vibe you were going for!  Awesome game!

Super cute game!  I really liked how the difficulty came from the shape to the biscuit rather than something like weight or wind-related attributes.  Along with that, the game was just super cute overall!!

Awesome game!  The overall nature of the game is extremely fast-paced - which was made through a culmination of the chase, speed of the car, and the hyper music.  Very Initial-D pilled and I loved it.  Overall, I really liked your game!

Just searched up Alt F4 and I see the similarities!  Tbh, I'm surprised I never saw the game before lol.  Glad you enjoyed our game!

Hello game jam devs!
Our team would like to ask for a few more reviews so that we can make 20 reviews total!

Note: This game was made in UE5, so it's download only - apologies for the inconvenience!

Up We Blow!

Cool game!  the gunplay is very smooth!  I think the screen wrapping is a bit overpowered though - for most of the game, I just wrapped between the left and right of the screen and the enemies were never able to touch me due to the distance I created.  Overall, you made a great game!

Just rated!  Loved the frog gaming.
Hope you can give ours a try!

Up We Blow!

Really cool game!  Super comfy vibes!  I really liked the ribbits and croaks the frogs made when they jumped.  Overall, a really tasteful game!

Just played your game!  it was super cool!

We'd really appreciate it if you gave ours a chance!

Up We Blow!

Cool game!  I enjoyed the story and dialogue!  The starting fights with the blue orbs dragged on a bit so I ended up avoiding them wherever possible.  I also liked the BG elements you put in!  Super sci-fi vibe!

Very cool game! I can really feel the inspiration from pizza tower!  Smear is a really cool balloon.  I really liked how you added to the intensity of the game using the air meter.  Awesome game!

Great game!  I enjoyed the racoon POV and the jumping was very smooth.  Would become a racoon again :D.

Glad you enjoyed our game!

I'll definitely play your game as well!

I agree, having a download only game has been a huge struggle - So much so that I'm not sure if our team will make the 20 rating threshold ;-;

Still, I'm just glad that people played our game in the first place.
Good luck with the Jam everyone!

Cool game!  I was a bit confused by the alarm meter since it only tracked whether the player was holding a button down rather than tracking if the player was moving.  This mechanic is necessary to understand for some gameplay sections - especially the ones with Roombas and I think that is very cool!  My only critique is that the overlapping audio is a bit jarring - the general sfx are fine, but I feel that the victory music should play without the backing track.  Overall, really great game!

Nice game!  The variety of the minigames was really engaging!  The music made everything feel a lot more intense as well.  I really like the idea of allowing the player to pick and choose which games they wanted to select - I was much worse at typing than the other types of games so I always skipped out on those.  Super cool game!

I really enjoy the gameplay loop of play rps>buy items>repeat.  The visuals are a bit intense on the eyes though.  I like like how the player is able to calculate and manage risk by reading the charges of each hand.

Peak gameplay, smurf moment, santa with a rocket.  Game is peak 10/10

I'm surprised you were able to make such a complete experience in this short of a time!  I played through the entire game and really liked the puzzles you created.  Only critique would be that the bottom left section of the final boss has 2 red buttons that can be pushed without opening the wood blockades - this can be done if you hug the outside of the white wall nearest to the buttons.  Still, I liked the game overall! Good job!

The dog and its barks were very cute!  The camera and movement controls were a bit disorienting but everything else about the game was adorable.  I loved how you filled the space to make everything look super lively!

P.S. I'm not sure which 2D artist drew the thumbnail but it is amazing!

Cool game!  I enjoyed the witty dialogue.  After playing for a while, I was only able to buy a few upgrades and that made progressing through the game a bit tedious - I was only able to get through around 2-3 rooms per run.  I would suggest lowering the upgrade prices so that the player can experience growth more quickly so that the gameplay feels a bit more engaging.  Overall, very cool game!

Very cute game, spamming the scratch button was very fun.  My only critique is that I got both the loss and win screen at the same time somehow?  Not exactly sure what happened but I assume that my final click both ended the game and got me caught at the  same time.  Still, I really liked your game!

Super cool game!  It was like a mini trackmania!  The track being so short allows the player to continually refine their pathing and use of barrel rolls.  My only critique would be that not being able to finish my last run after the timer ran out was a bit upsetting.  I understand that the timer stops the game for both players to keep things fair, but I think the game should allow solo players to continue on their last run.  Anyways, super amazing game!

Cool game!  I really enjoyed the tension that was built by the music and continuously rolling dice.  They made everything feel a lot more intense during the gameplay.  The art is very nice as well.  My only critique is that placing a dice in the top slot and hovering over it places its tooltip outside of the screen.  It's not super important to the gameplay or anything - more often than not, the player will remember what the dice did anyway - but I still think it's worth noting.  Anyways, great job and have a nice jam!

Oh that's awesome!  My bad for not catching it.

Nice game, though I am a bit curious to know 1) if the choices effect the gameplay in anyway and 2) if there is an ending.  After a few days of foraging and tending to wounds, I just skip days altogether with no consequences.

I enjoyed the game!  learning the attack patterns and how to counter them was quite nice.  I also love the small detail you included where you could hit corpses an second time to send them flying in another direction.  It reminded me of the corpse juggling in lethal league by team raptor.  I do wish you utilized that mechanic a bit more though - maybe by making it so that flinging a corpse at an enemy did damage to them.  Tbh, that mechanic alone could make an entire game of it's own.  Anyways, great job on making your game!

Fun game!  I really enjoyed the idea conceptually, but I feel that the time it takes to pull yourself up from the rope makes the game a bit less enjoyable.  Personally, I would recommend giving the player more control over the length of the rope via the use of the scroll wheel (though you may need to balance this mechanic or players will be able to launch themselves by drawing the rope in quickly).  That said, I was not able to make it to the cookie due to falling on the third section.  Nevertheless, great game!

All in all, a pretty cool game!  Amazing visuals and sfx were on point as well.  I will say that it is a bit confusing.  I understood the poker part, but the attack/defense mechanics were a bit difficult to wrap my head around.  I think the game could benefit from having a tutorial.  Still, this is super cool for a game jam game!  The emote function added a lot of personality to the npcs and reminded me of when I used to play Mahjong Soul.

Rat man went sicko mode.  I think your game was great!  The movement was pretty smooth and the music was very funky.  I really appreciate the work that went into the menu design!

Loved the opening cutscene!  Your artstyle is amazing Starvalight!  Other than that, gameplay was smooth and I like that you gave the player a wall slide+jump for better control over the player's pace of play.  Overall, really cool game!

Very cool game!  I loved having multiple movement options for more tactical routing/control over the character.

Super sweet game!  I would just like to ask since I only made it lvl15.  Is there an ending to the game?

Really nice game!  All the characters were really cute and the dialogue was very well written!  My only critique is that the left wall (baking station) was a bit cluttered visually so navigating it for the first time was a bit difficult - I found myself clicking around at the knives and shelf items a couple of times just to see if they would do something.   Because of this, it took a while for me to find the place in oven and bake buttons.  However, I will say that the only reason I was drawn to the other items on screen was because the art was very well done (be sure to send my thanks to your artist Dr. Black)!

I had a lot of fun with this game!  The mechanics are smooth and easy to get used to.  Only issue with my playthrough was that I softlocked myself on level 5 (or whichever level had a moving platform that lifts you up to a grassy area).  I used the chest as a platform to get over a grassy hill and continued walking left.  Then I saw a blue ledge, decided to risk it for the biscuit, and fell into an endless blue pit.  Along with this, there were no spikes so I was unable to reset the level.
Still, the game was very fun while it lasted.

Banger cinematic 100%.  Loved it.  Gameplay was pretty buggy.

Very charming game, everything was super cute!  Would love to see more work in your artstyle!

Cute game!  The art was quite pretty.  The UI was a bit clumped together and I couldn't really understand what "All In" did as a move.  I suggest adding a brief description of what each action does.
