BAUHAUS - Bela Session (2018) EP

Happy New Year
I want to start the new Year with a vinyl rip of "Bela Session" EP from BAUHAUS.
I just Pre-order this vinyl before the concert I saw with Peter Murphy and David J November 22nd 2018 for the Bauhaus 40th anniversary.
I receive the Vinyl Just before Christmas and I want to share with you. There is the classic version of Bela Lugosi's Dead and also some previously unreleased tracks.

PETER MURPHY - Milan November 22, 2018 (Fabrique)

Peter Murphy and David J together (50% of BAUHAUS) to celebrate 40 years from the band formation. I was at the "appointment" for door opening so I had a  pole- position.
A special mention to the band that start the evening "Desert Mountain Tribe". Superb exibition and the audience was really disappointed when they were stopped to let the technician to prepare the Peter Murphy show.
Bauhaus name collect a lot of people at Fabrique. Not comparable to the acoustic tour of Peter alone 2 years ago. Also the show was completely different. The playlist is pratically based on the first Bauhas LP  and other  best of.
David J presence gave a special tone to the evening.  Today I have on my turntable a 40 years old vinyl .......from a new band .....Bauhaus....

PETER MURPHY - October 23, 2016 (Brescia Latteria Malloy)

Here again. After the Bauhaus 35 years anniversary tour, Peter is coming back in a different way. A semi acoustic (Strapping Tour) with songs from his solo production with some "classic" from Bauhaus  archive.
It was a wonderful night also because I was really near (pratically on the stage) and Peter demonstrate to be a great professionist of the music world.  three elements (Peter + guitar + bass) but enough to fill the ambient with a delicious sound. Nothing to do with dark of gothic movement performance.
Great Peter, waiting for next time!!!

PETER MURPHY - MILAN (Magazzini Generali) May 27, 2013 Mr. Moonlight Tour

At the end the right moment comes....... It was since a long time I desired to attend to Peter Murphy/ Bauhaus concert and finally it happened. My fear was to be disappointed by my expectation but it was not so.

It was a good concert. Mr Moonlight Tour 2013 with Peter Murphy playing and singing all songs from Bauhaus  repertoire (35 years celebration) was an occasion not to be missed. Yes some negative points there were: the location was too small, acoustic not perfect but....... it doesn' t matter.  I was there!!!

About 2 hours back in the music history.  Double Dare, All What We Wanted Was Everything (one of my favourites), She's in Parties, Bela Lugosi's ..., the final with Ziggy's Stardust. The voice is there, Peter is there ....and we wait for the new solo work coming soon!!!!
