The affordable housing lottery is open for Archer Green, a 23-story mixed-use development at 92-23 168th Street in Jamaica, Queens. Designed by Edelman Sultan Knox Wood Architects and developed by Omni New York, the 552,156-square-foot building will yield 387 units. Available on NYC Housing Connect are 351 units for residents from 40 to 130 percent of the area median income, ranging in eligible income from $20,160 to $183,300.

This will eventually give rise to a ground up eight-story mixed-use residential building designed by Ismael Leyva Architects. YIMBY last reported that the 99-foot-tall development will yield a total of 58,580 square feet, with 36,097 square feet designated for future residential space and 3,345 square feet for the commercial space. 51 residences are expected to be housed inside the edifice, which will most likely be rentals based on the average unit size of 707 square feet.
