Brooklyn-based DeVito Development has filed applications for four three-story, three-unit residential buildings at 1749-1759 Benson Avenue, in Bath Beach. Each of the them will measure 2,770 square feet and their full-floor residential units should average 923 square feet apiece, which means apartments with family-sized configurations are in the works.
