Available on NYC Housing Connect are 351 units for residents from 40 to 130 percent of the area median income, ranging in eligible income from $20,160 to $183,300.

The owners of Brooklyn-based Colossal Media Group have filed applications for a four-story, single-family townhouse at 42 Sharon Street, in East Williamsburg, located four blocks from the Grand Street stop on the L train.
