Work is wrapping up on the exterior of The Lively at 321 Warren Street in Jersey City’s Powerhouse Arts District as the 18-story, mixed-use structure nears completion. Designed by Fogarty Finger Architecture and developed by LMC, the box-shaped, light-colored structure will contain 180 apartments, 1,343 square feet of ground-floor retail, and a 14,200-square-foot black-box theater with dedicated space for local artists.
