This company is a complete RIP OFF! EVERY promise in performance they've made were complete fabricated lies. I had SIX different account reps in a year...that also tells you that their employees find out quickly that they're a scam! Korvato is now under investigation for fraud and the founder, Amit Fridman, Korvato's original founder and an owner. An investigative report traces corporate records showing Fridman previously identified as founder/CEO of ProfitFi, later signed a Korvato merchant agreement as CEO in July 2025, and subsequently identified himself as CEO of another business called Nexivo. More importantly, this isn't based only on that investigative site's characterization. A 2026 Florida court complaint names Amit Fridman individually alongside Korvato LLC and alleges Korvato was controlled by Fridman and Ortal Atias through USA Innovation Tech LLC. That statement is an allegation in the complaint, not an independent judicial finding. And Fridman has personally been named as a defendant. On April 27, 2026, FanBasis Inc. filed a Broward County, Florida, commercial action naming: Korvato LLC, USA Innovation Tech LLC, Amit Fridman individually, Ortal Atias, Zac Segal/Aviel Sabag, and Michael Walding as defendants. The complaint categorized the dispute as commercial/contractual fraud and made allegations concerning Korvato and related businesses. Again, those allegations alone don't establish liability. But the following is substantially more important: A $1.134 MILLION DEFAULT FINAL JUDGMENT was reported and entered. On July 21, 2026, the Broward County Circuit Court entered a default final judgment totaling $1,134,900.54 in the FanBasis matter against defendants identified in the judgment as including: Korvato LLC USA Innovation Tech LLC Amit Fridman Ortal Atias Zac Segal / Aviel Sabag Michael Walding The reported breakdown is approximately $1.132 million judgment plus attorneys' fees and service costs. That's materially different from merely saying someone was sued. So Amit Fridman, identified in records as Korvato's founder/CEO, was personally named as a defendant in the 2026 FanBasis litigation, and a Broward County court subsequently entered a default final judgment reportedly totaling approximately $1.135 million against Korvato, Fridman and other defendants. AND—there's another major lawsuit involving Korvato So my advice RUN from this company if they contact you and save your money before they give you their BS data and promises. It's ALL LIES!

The product. It is beyond comparison. I tried another brand and was disgusted. You get what you pay for. I also LOVE that you believe in your products so much that you give mini or samples as a free gift. Brilliant marketing and you are putting your money where your mouth is. Every sample or mini I get, I end up buying the full size - your products are that good. I am obsessed with your primer (initially got as a free mini gift) - best I have ever used and the same goes for your skin matching foundation. I will shop around and try different products, let me spare you that pain. I did, I regret it - not just the money but the manner in which some companies operate. Meroda is the best I have found and would happily put my name and face to it (just a warning, I am a real person, not an influencer or a super model, just your average little bear)

In this day and age, to find a company that truly places great customer service to the forefront, is hard to find. I found that company in Rowdy Parrot. My minimalist bracelet broke and I really was going to just write it off and move on. But I didn’t. I sent an email to Rowdy Parrot, included a picture of my broken bracelet, and asked, “Is this thing covered?” Right away I was informed that a new replacement bracelet was on its way. Not only did Chapin send a new minimalist bracelet, a new more expensive bracelet was in my package as well. Long story short, Rowdy Parrot now has a new customer for life. Thanks Chapin, I’m spreading the word to all my buddies to support you.

I had asked to cancel my order before it shipped. First I was promised a certain date to receive the item. I tried cancelling the order Wednesday the 9th. I had been emailing for days and kept getting the run around. Then the dress ships… I just got it today. Now I have to pay for shipping because “our policy states”. I emailed for days about cancelling it and no one could help me so now I have to pay for shipping when it was an error on their end because they couldn’t properly handle a cancellation email?

Very bad experience. I signed up based on a $20 offer and was then charged an additional $69.98 for a Pro feature that I did not knowingly purchase. When I contacted support, they refused to refund it. The additional charge was not clear when I signed up. Very disappointing and misleading experience. I definitely would not recommend this service.
