I ordered a black crop puffer jacket and it was being delivered to my local in post pick up point. When I tracked the parcel on the Very app it was going to be delivered on 17/9/26 but when I checked in post tracking it said that the package had been refused at some point during the delivery process . I called the Very customer support line who eventually confirmed that the item had for some reason been returned to the warehouse and that I would receive a refund. Around 6pm on 17/9/26 I got a message to say that my item had been delivered to the pick up point. On collection I was aware the the package appeared not to be a jacket. When I got home and opened the package it contained splash back wall paper glue, not ordered by me. As you can understand I was very confused, frustrated and disappointed with the whole situation. I contacted the Very Customer support line on 18/9/26to explain what happened and to seek clarification.I was emailed a returns label which I have yet to deal with as I work 12.5hr shifts. The whole situation has been an inconvenience I have a tub of unwanted glue still to be returned and no jacket for my daughter!!!

Ordered a PSN £100 gift card for my nephew and wasn't able to receive the call whilst at work and they have closed my account completely. Account no is 60313939. There are other companies too Very. Called and spoke with a person and she said rudely that the account has been closed.

Product arrived quickly and without fuss. Was well packaged and as described.

⭐ 1 STAR – Extremely disappointing service

I ordered a bike for my 5-year-old son and paid an extra £5.99 for delivery within 2 days. He was extremely excited and waited for his bike every day, but after an entire week, it still hadn’t arrived.
During that week, I received no proper updates or explanation about the delay. I called Very several times, but every time I was simply told they didn’t know what the problem was or when the bike would be delivered.
In the end, after waiting a full week, I received a refund for the bike without ever receiving it. To make matters worse, the £5.99 I paid for the promised 2-day delivery was not refunded.
If you charge customers extra for a specific delivery service, you should either provide that service or refund the delivery charge when you fail to do so.
A very frustrating and disappointing experience, especially when a 5-year-old child was waiting excitedly for his birthday present. I would not recommend Very based on my experience.

Ordered an item and it never arrived. Contacted customer service and told they would initiate a refund. However they were unable to issue so had to escalate. Haven’t had any response, no refund and no item. This is the second issue I’ve had with very, another where I returned a faulty item was told they had it and were investigating but no response and no refund. Just absolutely shocking and a joke that the only way to contact customer service is by phone call!

Simple and straightforward to set up an account. Placed order for a laptop and with getting good discount code for being a new customer decided to pay total amount, but still have the option of buying on credit should I want to in the future. The item purchased was delivered within a couple of days. First impression of using Very are good, so will probably use again 🙂

Ordering was easy, stock was good. Everything came before the estimated delivery date in good condition & packed well.
