Fate "V"

In the winter of 2005/2006 Fate finished recording their fifth studio album, V, with producer Tommy Hansen, who did Scratch 'N' Sniff back in 1990, as well as having produced bands like Helloween, Pretty Maids, TNT and many more.

Peter Steincke about the album: "Good fun being back! Very happy about the new songs and the present line-up. Let's see what happens next ..."

Per Johansson: "It's funny being together and working with Peter Steincke as the only original member left from the beginning of FATE. I'm a bit surprised cause, working together with Peter on the new songs on Fate "V" was quite easy regarding the vocal work. It felt just like we left the rehearsalroom yesterday, but today it's almost 13 years ago. I'm ready to give it a second round and if we're lucky and going on a tour again, it would be a wonderful feeling to able to say "hello" to all our fans, if there's any left (laughs) and once again kick some serious ass."
