The lady who adopted Percy came into the store yesterday, to drop off the carrier she'd taken him home in. She says he's adapting well to his new home, and his new brother is still leery of the newcomer, but she thinks they'll be playing together soon.
A water-color effect picture of Percy is above, and a water-color effect pic of Inkie is below. Both were kitties I fostered here at The Wren's Nest, in case you are a new reader here @ Purrchance To Dream.
Last night, I actually got to visit Inkie and spend some time giving her a good ear-scritch. She is a petite kitty like Isis, but much much more vocal! And of course, in photos you can tell them apart because Inkie has lovely green eyes.
Inkie certainly loves her Mommy Bessie, and they have a great rapport. Usually Inkie is skittish around me, but I've been working on her over the past couple of weeks, and last night we had a nice ear-scritching session where she was purring like crazy.
I'm so happy for these two kitties - both were found here on the streets of Dowagiac, and both now have wonderful Forever Homes!
