Die Cuttin' Divas Favorite Sketch Challenge

Every month we have a sketch challenge for you and then the last month of the year we let you pick your favorite sketch from this year to make another card.

I can't believe it, but we are already at the end of the year. 2018 just wizzed past!

Our challenge over at Die Cuttin' Divas this week is Favorite Sketch.

I picked April's sketch as my favorite from this year.



I chose a cut file from Silhouette for my die cut.




The pattern papers, sentiment stamp, etc are from Novembers Paper Pumpkin kit.





Supplies used: card stock - white, 2 shades of red, 2 shades of green, 3 shades of brown; patterned papers, tag, sentiment stamp, ink and sequins from Paper Pumpkin kit; die cut from silhouette Studio Design store.

Die Cuttin' Divas Christmas In July Challenge

Are you thinking about sleigh rides and mistletoe? Probably not, right?
Seems odd when its 90 to 100 outside.

This week we are celebrating Christmas in July, so we're asking you to create something Christmas related.

For my card I used a cut file from Silhouette Studio called Christmas Ball Layer Card




It makes an easy and elegant card.

Cut It Up "Christmas In July" Challenge



It's been pretty warm in my neck of the woods, in the high 90's for the last week.

So, it seems odd to be thinking about sleigh bells and mistletoe, but that's just what we are asking you to do.

Our challenge for you at Cut It Up this week is all about Christmas!!





This week our challenge over at Cut It Up is "Christmas in July", make a Christmas project that includes a die cut!

For my project I used a cut file called Christmas Card Fun from our sponsor.




I also used a sentiment image from our sponsor.

Die Cuttin' Divas Santa or Reindeer Challenge



Hope you have all your shopping done! Only 5 more days until Christmas :)

This will be our last challenge for the year at Die Cuttin' Divas

We will be taking the week between Christmas and New Years off.

In keeping with the Christmas holiday,  our challenge is Santa or Reindeer.

For my card, I went with Santa and used a couple of different cut files from Silhouette Studio to come up with my design.

I saw something similar on the internet and had create my own version.









A couple of pom-poms for the hat and nose, and a little twinkle in his eyes and we're all set!











Supplies used: Card stock - kraft, white, red, and black; pom-poms - my stash; rub on - American Crafts; patterned paper - Target.

Die Cuttin' Divas Sketch Challenge



Well, we are well on our way to the Christmas Holidays!

I've got the house decorated inside and out, now to move on to baking!!
Mmmmm! Love those Christmas cookies :)

Since it is Tuesday we have a new challenge for you over at Die Cuttin' Divas

This week our challenge is a sketch challenge, use red and green.

We were to use our favorite sketch of the year.

I used sketch #46 in the bottom right hand corner for my card.

Die Cuttin' Divas Make It Sparkle Challenge



I hope all of you enjoyed your Thanksgiving holiday!

I had a wonderful weekend spent with my family. Good food, great conversations, fun times playing board games, only problem was it went by to fast.

Since it is Tuesday we have a new challenge for you over at Die Cuttin' Divas

This week our challenge is Make It Sparkle.

I created a Christmas card using snow flake dies by Lawn Fawn to make a wreath










I made the bow with a cut file from Silhouette Studio.













Supplies used: card stock -recycled white, silver and blue glitter, blue metallic; Dies by Lawn Fawn; cut file by Silhouette Studio;  stamp from Michaels.

Die Cuttin' Divas Dessert Challenge



Tuesday has arrived again so it's time to pop on over to Die Cuttin' Divas for their new challenge.

This week our challenge is dessert

I decided to do a bit of a twist on the challenge.

I made a "cheesecake" Christmas card using a cut file from Silhouette studio.

I also used a stamp and die set by Lawn Fawn called Merry Christmas, which was a Stamptember exclusive for Simon Says Stamp last year.
