FCCB Boo Spectacular

Good Morning, hope you had a great weekend.
Today is a new challenge over at FCCB and we want to see your Halloween projects using the colours orange and black. As we are a cricut challenge blog  you must use a cricut cut on your project.

The grave shaped card and layers were all cut at 3" from Wrap It Up. This cart has so many cool cuts including shaped cards and boxes.

Mr Owl is from Happy Hauntings at 2". Ranger balack enamel for the eyes.

Just wanted to show all the layers! The cobweb and sentiment are from Treats For My Sweet stamp set from My Creative Time.

Do check out all the inspiration over at FCCB and do hope you will come and play along with us.

Thanks for stopping by.

Scary, Scary, Screamie, Screamie, Happy, Happy Halloweenie!

My second post of the day, I have a Halloween decoration to share with you. Throwback Thursday is having a cricutless challenge and to use the colours green, orange, purple and black!
Yesterday I picked up the Polka Doodles Christmas boutique pack. Inside there is a template to cut out a house, door and windows.

Recipe
I traced and cut out windows and doors, but obvioulsy could not leave it like that......
Everything inked and distressed!
Embossed the house with Tim Holtz embossing folder.
Added 2 windowsills and a step, inked and 3D foam.
Used my son's decorative scissors on the orange parts of the roof.
Cut squares of black card, embossed and inked and made the roof.
Used a Cuttlebug die to add a bat and a pumpkin. I used Ranger black enamel for the eyes.
Added Halloween Bakers Twine to hang it and an oraange sparkly brad for the door handle.
Stamped the sentiment from All Around Halloween onto the oval stitched die, all from My Creative Time. Inked and attached with jump rings.

I really like how this turned out, and don't you just love that saying!

I am also entering this over at The Paper Variety - to use stamps on your paper project.

Thanks so much for looking.
