Stampin' for the Weekend DT card and reminder of DT Call out!

Good Morning Everyone!
Its Friday again which means its another challenge over at Stampin' for the Weekend

This week me and the Girls would like to see a colour combo of Red, Green and Gold - This is a good  excuse to make another Christmas card!

Here is mine!

I've used this cute Sarah Kay image. The image is so sweet and was a joy to colour.

I coloured them with Copics adding some shadowing for the base

Added some Glossy Accents to the tree and some presents and also to the round Merry Christmas circles which were from a sheet of backing paper which I cut out, distressed and then glossed. I also added some Glamour Dust for the Girls cuff, collar and the trim of her coat. Papers were kindly sent to me in a swap with my lovely DT buddy Amy

This week we are being sponsored by Jill at The Hobby House.

Jill is offering a set of stamps and some fabulous silver charms (click on the links to see them and also to take a peek at the shop too)

Stampin' for the Weekend - Week 11

Days Gone By...

Hello and good morning to another challenge from Stampin' for the Weekend. Today we have a lovely theme, one of which I'm not that familiar with. Days Gone By - The team would love to see some vintage cards from you all. I loved going around last week and visiting all your fabulous takes on Vicki's Sketch!!

This weeks fab sponsor is the lovely Heidi at Simon Says Stamp.

Heidi is offering one lucky winner a $25 shopping spree in their shop... How cool is that!!

Here is my take on this weeks challenge.

No challenge, just a pocket card!

Over at DoCrafts, the ladies are always setting challenges for each other and some even host swaps of embellies and images (even though strictly speaking were not supposed to swap images).

One of the ladies over there called Paula, had a topic up for a July Wallet Card Swap so I put my name down. This is the result!

I bought 72 Prismacolours on Ebay which was spotted by my friend Donna. When they arrived, I didn't know what to do with them so they sat on my desk for a couple of days. I ordered some paper stumps and when they came on Saturday morning, I had to have a play. So last night I coloured this little image and I have to say its not bad for a first attemp.

I can safely say I LOVE my Prismacolours!

Here is a little close up of the gorgeous Sarah Kay image!

This is the inside, plain and simple, they are little pockets to hold the images, which you can just see poking out the top!
