Valentines Day!!

My parents took Braden Friday night so Ross and I got to celebrate. We started off by going to Target, it's nice being able to go just the two of us. Then we went to 54th St. Grill. The next day I went and got Braden (Ross had to study for his test) from my parents. When we got home we made and decorated cupcakes! Cherry chip with cherry frosting...yuuumm!

I almost forgot to say what we gave eachother...I gave Ross a new body pillow cover, (he was in desperate need!) and also a new photo album in which I'm going to put all of his mission pics in. And Ross got me Ticket To Ride...an absolutly awesome game that I've been wanting for over a year, and he wrote me this poem...(don't kill me Ross! :P)

Valentines Day for Medical Students

Lindsay my love, what do I do?
To make this Valentines Day special for you

I would give you money, or even a ring
Or write you a song that I could sing

We could go on a trip by plane, train, or car
To a little private island in an ocean afar

We’re a little low on money, and so you can see
What you get for Valentines Day is spending time with me

This is the end of my short little rhyme
I hope on this day you’ll be my valentine

I love you,
Ross

The last couple of weeks we've been able to have some really nice and warm days to enjoy. Braden and I made it outside and he finally got to play with some of the Christmas toys he'd often.

At Chili's goofin off with crayons behind his ears... I love these faces that he is making, he makes new ones all the time and poses when he does them, always looking for a laugh. He honestly is "my sunshine"!

When my mom hurt her back she had to use this donut to sit on...Braden thought it was his toy. He was throwing it like a frisbee, and yes putting it on his face. He actually wanted to take it home and got upset when we said no bc Grandma needed it.

We have been having Braden start spending the night at Grandma and Poppy's house so that when the baby comes he wont think anything of it. He LOVES going there, he has such a blast with them, thanks you guys!! We love you! Anyways here is Braden with his backpack ready to head on over there...(these are a few of his funny faces)
