New Dividers and Dashboard

I couldn't resist a girly new set-up for my fluoro, so (under close supervision of Pixie) made the most of the sunshine and had a crafty day.

As you can see Pixie was very dedicated to the task, choosing to nap instead on my work planner.

I used this paper stack which I picked up in TK Maxx. The paper is lovely and thick, more like card so I'm going to risk not laminating for the time being.

I love the quote on the dashboard and the graffiti style decoration. It just had to be the first thing to see when you open my planner.

The dividers are fun and pretty, they made me feel a little nostalgic to be perfectly honest.

The pink and green ones are my favourite, but it was really hard to choose just six papers from the stack as they were all so cute!

I hope you like them, thanks for stopping by!

Week Fifteen

I treated myself to some new washi tape this weekend so I've used that to decorate this week.

I've used Cath Kidston tapes in my tweed this week which I've matched with some Easter stickers from Hobbycraft. This gives my planner a lovely spring vibe.

This little chick is my favourite, he's so sweet!

I used green ikea tape in my personal size to create a contrast between the pink pages. I then added some Paperchase stickers to add a floral effect. I like that the new pages have room for adding stickers, although I've now got to ensure I don't use anything that clashes with the paper.

Wherever you are and whatever you're doing, I hope you have a good week'

Week Fourteen

It's been the kind of week you want to put in a box and wish it had never happened. It's not really appropriate for me to go into it, but I'm sorry for being late with this weeks post. Normal service (or wacky blathering depending on your perspective) will resume.

I've tried to go for a spring-Easter theme this week, although I've put my Easter stickers in a safe place. So this week is a little plain but it works.

I've gone for yellows and pinks with matching themes in both planners this week.

Because I've kept decorating minimal my A5 looks a bit blank, which is odd because this week actually feels quite busy!

It looks much busier in my personal size, but I guess that's because of the smaller pages.

I'm rocking eBay tapes again this week. I love those chickens on the pink tape!

I hope wherever you are and whatever you're doing, you're having a good week!

Week Nine

Week nine and almost March, how time flies when you're having fun. I've opted for a spring theme in both my planners again this week as there are now only 26 days until Spring and I'm getting impatient!

Excuse the mess in the background, it's just the tapes and other supplies I used to decorate this week. I used bunnies and birds again as they add a lovely spring vibe, added with some stickers I picked up in Paperchase this weekend.

These are the paperclips I'm rocking in my A5 this week as I love the colours and think they compliment my colour scheme.

The scheme is pretty much the same in my personal this week although I opted for some slimmer tapes on complementing colours so I wouldn't lose too much of the page. I've used the same stickers as well, so I may need to go back for some more of these!

I really love my green paperclip here, although it's a little heavy for my little planner. Again though I think it works well with the colours I've used and it's certainly put a smile on my face.

Week Eight

I've been a little bit behind this week after a cheeky weekend away, but here's my week in both my Tweed and my Personal planners.

I opted for a springy fresh look this week using pinks, blues and greens with lots of birds and bunnies.

I've been making paperclips again to compliment my week opting for blue and silver, alongside the green bunny. I'm pretty addicted to making paperclips at the moment... It's amazing I haven't managed to glue anything to myself yet!

My personal size is springy too, although I had a bit of a trauma this week as I'd discovered my beloved lamy bleeds through the filofax pages so some of my decoration has been used to hide the unsightly blotches. Lesson learnt there.

I love these bird tabs which came from Amazon so I couldn't resist including them. How cute is that peacock?

I went for white and green paperclips to carry on the spring vibe. I'm really happy with these but can't wait to get some coloured paperclips so I can make some more.

More Dividers

As always I've been enjoying some craft time this weekend, making dividers for my tweed and some cute paperclips. The dividers match my dashboard and add to the girly feel of my planner.

I still had a little difficulty with the laminator, although these came out better than the Roald Dahl ones. My favourite one is the green one.

They look fab in my planner too. I think these might be my favourite thing in my planner yet.

I also took some time to make some pretty paperclips this weekend with some flowers I got from the pound shop.

I really liked the colours in the selection, they're really pretty and they look really sweet in my personal size too.

And here's a wider selection of my newly decorated paperclips:
