Starting to set up my work planner

I've been as giddy as a child at Christmas since my personal size turned up, and I'm thoroughly enjoying filling it with nice things ready to use.

After getting the dodo pad for my a5, I knew I had to have it for my personal size too, particularly as it'll be a great way to coordinate across the two planners.

I love how bright and cheerful the pages are, especially with the doodles too. I love the way the day is split into chunks too, which is perfect for my needs.

I couldn't resist coordinating stickers too, because I'm well me and I love the quirky little dodo design. My personal favourite is the dodo wearing a graduation cap sitting an exam!

I've just got a few last bits to get and I'll be all ready for September (and happy planning!)

Week Twenty-Four

I've opted for a nice healthy themed week in both planners this week. Although there's a theme across both planners, I've used different colours and tapes too.

It's a rather quiet week this week, which should give me plenty of time to prepare supplies for my work planner this week: everything is all laid out ready!

My A5 has Paperchase tapes and matching sticky notes. I thought the mushrooms were jellyfish initially, and as such they really makes me smile.

My websters planner is a bit more colourful, with some washi Mr S bought me. I'm totally loving this planner, now I've had a chance to play with it for a bit I'll be able to do a post on it.

Whatever you're doing, have a good week doing it!

Personal Size Dividers

After I finished the dashboard for my personal size, I got straight on with dividers to match. They're from the same paper as my A5 dividers but in a slightly different order.

I'm really pleased with them, I think my favourite might be the one on the bottom right. It's got Sebastian from The Little Mermaid on it.

I love how pretty these are and the pink interior of my Filofax complements them really well in my opinion.

I've really enjoyed making these, but I think I might do something other than Disney for my next set, although saying that, I've already started planning my winter set up. Nothing like being organised!

New Planner

Another filofax joined my little family of planners yesterday. I'd been casually keeping an eye out for an affordable pocket or personal sized planner for a couple of weeks. Don't get me wrong, I absolutely adore my tweed but it doesn't fit in my handbag and several times Mr S has asked me for information whilst we're out and about which is at home in my planner.

I've really had my eye on a patent compact in either egg shell or lemon but a visit to our local W H Smith revealed a small selection on sale.

I had a real struggle to choose as I was torn between two pretty floral designs... Blossom and Floral Burst. Both were personal size and fairly close in price, albeit the Floral Burst being marginally more expensive.

I eventually chose the Floral Burst as it felt sturdier than the Blossom, even though I preferred the design of the Blossom. It somehow just felt unfinished, perhaps because it has no pockets?

Either way I'm happy with my choice and looking forward to customising my new handbag sized planner, as well as being able to have all my information to hand all the time. Mr S I think was just happy I stopped sitting on the floor whilst I weighed up my choices.
