Appearances[edit]
Anime[edit]
Digimon Frontier[edit]
Voice Actor: Oguri Yūsuke, Naitou Ryou (Episode 39), Takato Yasuhiro (Episode 44)
The Chosen Children met a group of Insekimon on the blue moon in "This is the Digital World?! Escape from the Moon".
In "Fight Together! Gottsumon and Kouji's Vow", a Gottsumon who had befriended Minamoto Kouji evolved into Insekimon so that he could help Kouji (as Magna Garurumon) fight Lord Knightmon. In this form, he easily got rid of Lord Knightmon's Knightmon henchmen with his Cosmo Flash, but he then devolved back to Gottsumon when Lord Knightmon severely injured him.
Digimon Savers[edit]
Voice Actor: Maeda Ken |
Michael Lindsay
Gottsumon evolved into his "true form", Insekimon, in "Once More, To the Digital World, Insekimon's Great Rampage" to fight against the DATS team. He proclaimed he was completely different on the inside despite only changing colours, as Fujieda Yoshino pointed out, which he proved true as he showed tremendous speed, but he was ultimately tricked by Rize Greymon and blasted to pieces by his Rising Destroyer.
Digimon Adventure:[edit]
An Insekimon was one of the Digimon that lost their home to Millenniumon's rampage and helped Takaishi Takeru push El Doradimon to Cloud Continent in "A Place to Return To". It appears again in "The Angels' Determination".

Digimon World[edit]
After Tyranomon tells the Player of a big rock that fell from the sky not too long ago in the Speedy Time Zone of the Ancient Dino Region, the Player goes to investigate it. In said area, he finds what he thinks is a plain meteorite but turns out to be Insekimon, who dislikes being seen as plain. Insekimon denies knowing anything about the current situation of the Digital World and, after being pressed by the Player, attacks him. After being defeated, he again points out he doesn't know anything as he was just born, then leaves.
