It is said that only the one that passes the "Selection-D", a special selection test that screens through 100 Commandramon, can evolve to Sealsdramon. It is able to move over short distances at speeds that are impossible to perceive with the eyes, and without equipping things like camouflage features or a rifle, it has the ability to bring down its "Target" with just its taijutsu. Its primary function is assassination. Its Special Moves are a single blow from a knife sharpened to its limit (Death Behind), and measuring the opponent's vital points in an instant (Scouter Monoeye).

Voice Actor: Japanese Canna Nobutoshi | English Talon Warburton

Sealsdramon appears in "Executioner" as a serial killer who already had killed more than 990 Digimon at the start of the episode, reaching a bodycount of exactly 1,000 Digimon before being killed. It is the figure behind an urban legend from the Digital World known as "Der Scharfrichter" (Deu: "The Executioner"), a serial killer who killed its victims with a single blow.

After 5 on-screen kills, it tries to make Jellymon, then Gammamon into its 1,000th kill, but instead of killing either one, he killed Bokomon when he took a dagger intended for Gammamon. This caused Gammamon to fall into grief, despair and rage, and Gulus Gammamon took the opportunity to take over his body and kill it in his place before turning against the rest of the party. Despite Jellymon and Angoramon believed it was doing all that victims to the Selection-D, an assassin training, Sealsdramon tells Gulus Gammamon before it dies that it only counted its victims, just by the numbers.
