Violet Inboots or Viola (Dub: Vi) by nickname, is one of the protagonists of Digimon Liberator. She is the rival and the classmate of Kinosaki Arisa.

Profile

A fabulously wealthy exchange student, she is a keen gamer who considers her classmate Kinosaki Arisa and Kazama Shoto as rivals. With her vast financial resources, she attempts to master every game, though her gaming skills are merely average. She boasts multiple Digimon decks and constantly challenges Arisa and Shoto with a new deck each time they meet.

Influenced by Japanese anime, she has embraced the "tsundere" personality, mistakenly believing that this approach will somehow work in real-life relationships as well.

Digimon Liberator

As revealed in "ONLY MY PRIDE (Part 1)", Violet Inboots initially collected a Shine Greymon: Ruin Mode card as a potential trump card to use against her friend and rival, Kinosaki Arisa.

Some time before Shoto and Arisa started playing Digimon Liberator, Violet Inboots encountered Ghostmon and was scouted by Cool Boy to become part of the Digimon Liberator Debug Team.

Shoto and Arisa first ran into Violet Inboots while trying to find a Game Master for a lead on the out of control NPC Freezing Knight. After they consulted Cool Boy for the first time, Violet Inboots abruptly reappears and challenges Arisa to a duel, blackmailing her and Shoto that if they won't challenge her to a duel she will snitch on them for the Debug Team. Arisa duels Violet, who is using a Three Musketeers deck. With help from her new Shoemon deck, Arisa wins against Violet. Unbeknown to her, winning against Violet means that she is automatically scouted by Cool Boy as part of the Debug Team.

After Arisa releases Close from Unchain's control, the two participate in a friendly duel. Despite initially overwhelmed by Arisa's board advantage, Violet manages to evolve a Necromon in play into Shine Greymon: Ruin Mode. In "ONLY MY PRIDE (Part 2)", Violet debuts Dullahamon as an evolution of her partner Phantomon in the match against her, managing to clear off Arisa's entire board and winning.
