I agree, everyone really hates Tory from the reviews I've read now that I've finished the book, and while I found her frustrating as all heck and the ending broke my heart, I understand her decision, even if its broken me, Darius, and her. Sometimes I think people forget how unbelievably cruel the things he did to her were, she's not perfect and is full of hypocrisy too, but yeah, it's just a mess and I'm dying inside 🙃

Ahhhh…just finished this book. I am so sad but also elated that Tory was so strong to walk away. I get to annoyed when mcs get treated appallingly and yet they go ga-ga with their abuser without any payback.
