There isn't many things I do not like about system as it is user friendly, especially compared to other HRIS systems that I have used in the past. There are only minor errors that we have come across which is more with the integrations between HiBob and UK payroll. It's completely customisable and easy to use. The video tutorials are helpful, making it simple to get started. The monthly product update videos ensure you are constantly improving and utilising the system to it's fullest, and the updates are always relevant and wanted improvements. The customer service is quick and helpful. It handles the basics very well, and our employees have adopted it enthusiastically. I love that it integrates seamlessly with Slack. There is some functionality limitations in the dashboards (changing the metrics e.g. tenure in months rather than years, pay gap reporting not considering FTE% etc) and the org chart is very traditional/hierarchical and doesn't cater to matrix organisations or flatter structures.
