Sometimes the board can get cluttered when there are too many notes, and it takes a moment to organize. Also, it can feel a little heavy on slower internet, but overall it works really well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Take time to get used to the software and would be great to have a simple step by step tag along guide to support working…eg.staged guide to do this then do that then this then that ……this hand held guide would support those wanting to get used to mural quickly as well as those not dues to aids such as this. "Perfect for organizing brainstorming sessions"
What do you like best about Mural?

One thing I really love about Mural is how it facilitates and smooths the collaboration between many teams, they can be anywhere. I mainly use it for brainstorm and writing out maps of the idea but it has been a great tool for visualizing the complex concepts. I can work with tools such as Slack and Microsoft Teams, because it really well integrates and it’s easy for me to share and communicate with my team in real time. It’s also a big time saving with the templates! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Mural?

In some ways, Mural can be a little too feature rich of its own. The UI is great for frequent users but I've noticed that the new users might find it a bit difficult starting from where. Additionally, it can also lag a little when people are all editing at the same time, making collaborative sessions most fluid than I’d like. Overall, these are nuisances, but nuisances that should be observed nonetheless. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Balancing structure and collaboration in idea management"
What do you like best about Mural?

A feature I turn to often is the integrated voting sessions—Mural let us prioritize ideas democratically and quickly spot the strongest proposals. I also value the ability to import permission settings from other boards and the built-in timer—it keeps our workshops structured and perfectly paced. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Mural?

Although Mural is highly capable on desktop, its mobile experience feels limited — features like smooth element dragging don’t perform as precisely — especially on phones. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
