Outreach is an easy-to-use, reliable tool that helps our SDR team stay focused on tasks and cadences. Its consistent performance, intuitive interface, and clear layout make it simple to find everything—from accounts and contacts to email details. What do you dislike about Outreach?

technical limitations like the inability to handle duplicate records (lead and contact with the same email in Salesforce) can cause errors without clear messaging, making it harder to troubleshoot issues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Outreach?

Super easy to use and send a mass number of emails at once. I use it everyday, particularly on calls, and don't tend to have problems with usage. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Outreach?

Email throttles can be annoying, and feels like company inboxes and security and becoming smarter faster than Outreach can keep up. Emails don't seem to be getting opened, read, or responded to, despite "100%" open-rates. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Outreach?

The ability to easily reach out to multiple contacts systematicaly. I also like the ability to A/B test emails and track activity. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Outreach?

The reports are difficult to make sense of, onboarding takes time and ther are many glitches ongoing. and our account manager changed 3 times in 4 months. If you have a technical issue or need help, they send you to a help email queue and you don;t get a response for 24 hours, then the fix takes 24+ hours Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
