What do you like best about Aircall?

I appreciate Aircall for its excellent call quality, making communication with our guests clear and easy to understand. The setup process was also simple and straightforward, which I found very convenient. Their customer service stands out as well, providing a positive experience that influenced my decision to start using Aircall. Overall, these features ensure that Aircall effectively assists with our communication needs, and the outstanding call quality is a compelling reason for me to consider purchasing it again. What do you like best about Aircall?

Throughout my career in the BPO industry, I've worked with various systems to handle incoming calls. Avaya, LiveAgent, Dialpad, Mitel, Zendesk, RingCentral are the ones that I remember the monst. They can fit in the good area, but they are sometimes hard to work with initially, it takes time to understand how it works correctly, how to set it up accordingly to your needs, or sometimes are even just very old stylish. But Aircall is super friendly to use. The phone setting is the easiest one so far. The call ID works perfectly 99% of the time, and it has all the necessary options right in front of you. What do you dislike about Aircall?

So far, I've loved the system just as it is. I cannot think of something that I dislike in this moment. The only issue that I've faced is that there seems to be a double ring with the incomming calls, but it might be a bug. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Aircall?

I really value how seamlessly it integrates with CRM platforms like HubSpot. The extensive range of features and options are intuitive and user-friendly, which simplifies managing and tracking communications. What do you dislike about Aircall?

One issue is that text messages do not sync with the CRM platform our company uses. Additionally, it's not possible to send multiple test messages to a list of contacts. I also find it frustrating that I can't send ringless voice messages to contacts. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Aircall?

Makes me not work on days when there is PL football, cause it knows I will not be attentive at work and not work at all. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Aircall?

Now, here is the juicy part!

1. Not an ease of use tool! Does not load at all. You will have to restart the app at least 10 times a day

2. You need to have a separate tab open to make calls, even though it is integrated with HubSpot.

3. When you click on the call icon, select a number, and it dials on Aircalls, and the call connects - this whole process takes at least 15 to 20 seconds, whereas other apps take close to 5 seconds.

4. State retention is horrible. When I call from tab 1, the same number is reflected in tab 2, tab 3 and tab 4.

5. I need to give permissions constantly

What do you like best about Aircall?

What I appreciate most about Aircall is its great ease of use right from the first time you use it. The interface is clear, intuitive, and implementation is quick, even for teams without advanced technical skills. The integrations with other tools (CRM, helpdesk, etc.) are seamless and provide a real time-saving benefit on a daily basis. What do you dislike about Aircall?

The point that could be improved sometimes concerns the stability of calls depending on the internet connection: there are occasional small interruptions or latency, although this remains rare. Additionally, some advanced features could be a bit more customizable to suit all use cases. What do you like best about Aircall?

We've been using Aircall for our business communications, and the experience has been excellent. The interface is clean and user-friendly, the call quality is consistently clear, and integration with our CRM has streamlined our workflow significantly.

What do you like best about Aircall?

The interface during the trial looked clean and easy to use, and the promise of a built-in power dialer seemed like a great solution. At first glance, it looked like an all-in-one calling platform that could save time and streamline outbound calling. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Aircall?

The biggest issue is misleading pricing and features. The basic plan does not include the power dialer, and to access it you’re forced into a 3-seat minimum plan that costs almost $250/month after taxes. Customer support is very difficult to reach, refund requests are refused, and billing practices feel unfair — including charges after cancellation and unexplained add-ons. What do you like best about Aircall?

I have been using Aircall since 2022, and although I was initially forced to use it, I liked it from the start. I got to know it at my workplace, where it was embedded in Salesforce at the time, and it immediately provided me with a positive experience. I particularly appreciate the high call quality and reliable connection that Aircall offers, which allows for professional customer conversations without connection drops. The fact that Aircall makes communication so smooth is a big advantage, as it helps me acquire new customers and maintain existing ones. The Conversation Center is an extremely useful feature that allows for reviewing conversations and providing employees with valuable feedback on their communication skills. Additionally, I find Aircall's scalability remarkable, as it is easy to include multiple employees and numbers. I really like the interface, which makes Aircall a preferred choice over other providers I have tried. I am completely satisfied with Aircall's features, such as SMS writing, call transcription, and call forwarding, all of which work excellently. What do you like best about Aircall?

Our company has been using this app for the past two years.

I am part of the sales team, so I use it a lot daily with out customers. and I am very satisfied with it.

It has significantly improved our workflow and processes.

The app is fast and intuitive, with good sound quality. It offers many useful features that are easy to personalize according to your needs and can be implemented at any time. Since we work with international customers, I find it extremely helpful that every incoming and outgoing call is instantly categorized with the appropriate country flag.

Searching for past calls is quick and efficient, whether by date, user, number, or by simply entering the phone number in the search bar. The ability to add notes and tags to each call is a great advantage for our team and for company statistics. Assigning missed calls and forwarding calls to colleagues is also straightforward.

Overall, I am very pleased with this app and highly recommend it, especially for companies with multiple departments or international clients who use different numbers for outgoing and incoming calls. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Aircall?

I love how it gives a summary of everything one needs to keep on top of in the calls through the AI Insights, BANT Summary, as well as the Action Items.

The interface is pretty intuitive and easy to understand, too.

I use it at my sales consultant role while working remotely for a company in Australia where I need to make lots of calls, and the way it makes them all organized is splendid. Its amazing how I can sit here in Pakistan and get it all done easily with the software you have setup.

What do you dislike about Aircall?

The analytics feature sometimes gets laggy - which is understandable, considering the bulk of data that it contains.

However, maybe it can do with a rework of its interface - in terms of performance as well as the overall look of it.
