"Effortless Goal Tracking and Collaboration with Intuitive Support"
What do you like best about Culture Amp?

I appreciate how this tool simplifies tracking both my personal goals and those aligned with my company. It allows me to assign ownership to peers and managers, which increases visibility and helps them hold me accountable for my progress. I frequently use it to break down my goals into short-term increments and to give feedback to my colleagues. What do you dislike about Culture Amp?

Personally, I find the service somewhat disconnected from my current workflow, mainly because it is only accessible through a web portal. I would appreciate seeing enhanced functionality in their Microsoft Teams integration, as this would help centralize its use within apps like Teams, where much of my communication already takes place. What do you like best about Culture Amp?

The reports are fairly straightforward and easy to read. The processes, while sometimes limited, are beginner friendly and cover the most important things. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Culture Amp?

Culture Amp is limited in a few ways- first, their reports for things like 1:1s or engagement surveys have unexpected limitations at time that are inconvenient- such as the filtering process for engagement survey results, there isn't an option to just create one report for one manager- you need to create them for a whole subset of managers, and then make sure you're sharing correctly so only the one manager gets updated. This is a very odd and time consuming work around for what seems to be a straightforward request. Performance reviews have to be the same for the organization (I can't update by people manager / individual contributor unless I create a whole different cycle), and the development plan leaves plenty to be desired. What do you like best about Culture Amp?

What I like best about Culture Amp is how thoughtful and people-centered the whole platform feels. It’s beautifully designed and really easy to use, which makes the feedback process smooth and enjoyable.

I also really value the sense of safety that comes with anonymity — it encourages everyone to share their honest thoughts and ideas.

The Culture Amp team is amazing — they’re always ready to help, answer questions, and share useful insights. On top of that, the platform offers so many great learning resources and training programs for managers and employees alike, which really helps us grow both personally and professionally.

Honestly, there’s not much to dislike about Culture Amp — it’s a great platform overall. If I had to mention something, I’d say the learning materials for managers could go a bit deeper in some areas. It might also be nice to have a few more in-survey hints or explanations that appear when hovering over certain terms, just to make everything even clearer for everyone. Culture Amp is always evolving, regularly introducing new features that significantly enhance the user experience. In addition to the platform itself, every staff member I have interacted with has been intelligent, friendly, and fully dedicated to ensuring that users get the most value from the platform. Our organization does not utilize all the features available on the Culture Amp platform, so I find it difficult to comment on the full range of use cases that Culture Amp can provide. What do you like best about Culture Amp?

Since launching Culture Amp in December 2023, NHS has seen a steady rise in engagement scores and a complete turnaround in performance management. Previously, performance reviews were irregular and lacked structure. Today, every employee has received at least one review, with most now on an annual cycle, ensuring clarity, accountability, and meaningful feedback.

What do you dislike about Culture Amp?

Culture Amp’s frequent alerts can be overwhelming, especially for managers with large teams. While we support regular reviews, the annual cadence can be time-consuming without tools to streamline the process. More flexibility in notifications and manager workflows would be a welcome improvement.

What do you like best about Culture Amp?

My experience with Culture Amp has been overwhelmingly positive, largely due to their outstanding service and support. From the initial conversations with the account management team through implementation and ongoing product support, every interaction has been fantastic. A special mention goes to the People Scientist support, which was invaluable in helping us design effective surveys and build a robust action plan strategy.

Beyond the people, the platform itself is intuitive and user-friendly, especially from an administrator's perspective. Creating and managing surveys is incredibly simple and straightforward. What do you dislike about Culture Amp?

The only area for improvement I've encountered is related to language options for managers. I wish there was a feature that allowed individual managers to select their preferred language for their dashboard directly. What do you like best about Culture Amp?

I like the joined up nature of the product from a career perspective. Rather than the unhelpful annual appraisal which never worked very well across the year Culture Amp breaks down performance reviews into less formal, more frequent conversations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Culture Amp?

I believe that Culture Amp could be aligned to the pay review dates for the individual employees so that a review of annual performance can be aligned to financial reward. Also, many of the questions are designed for client facing staff and aren't relevant for Finance. What do you like best about Culture Amp?

My employer has been using Culture Amp for a while now and it’s been super helpful. I use it to keep track of 1:1 agendas with my manager. It's nice to not have to do that in sheets or OneNote, I find this more user friendly. We also use it to give and get anytime feedback anytime. I like that the request and reception of the feedback is very easy.

My employer also sends out surveys through Culture Amp, and I've found them to be quick to fill out and easy to understand. The platform makes it very smoooth. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Culture Amp?

It seems like there are some features that can't be customized by the employer from what I've heard. There has been a few use cases where HR has just said "Culture Amp won't allow us to do that". One that comes to mind for me is that I wish all feedback was just automatically shared with my manager.
