What do you like best about Capsule CRM?

I appreciate how Capsule CRM has significantly improved our efficiency by centralizing all our client information and sales data, making it much easier to navigate than our previous Excel spreadsheets. The reporting functions are especially valuable as they integrate seamlessly with Google Data Studio, enhancing our data analysis capabilities. I love how intuitive and user-friendly the interface is, allowing our sales team to efficiently track opportunities and pipelines. The customization options are a standout, particularly the ability to edit opportunities and add custom fields, which enable us to adapt the CRM to fit our unique business terminology. This feature keeps our processes streamlined and tailored to our specific needs. I also had a great experience with the setup process, which was straightforward thanks to our helpful account manager, Keith. His support through Teams meetings made the transition smooth and easy. I find Capsule CRM to be extremely easy to use, which stands out as a significant benefit for our team. The effortless setup and usability allow us to manage our sales pipeline and customer details efficiently. I appreciate how it streamlines processes across departments, as everyone can view the history of each opportunity thanks to the integration with Outlook, which also reduces time spent on adding additional notes. The affordability of Capsule CRM compared to other options such as Salesforce was a major deciding factor for us. The tracks feature is incredibly handy, offering the flexibility to amend them as needed and providing vital reminders. Additionally, I am impressed with the reporting tools, which I find brilliant in supporting our decision-making process. What do you like best about Capsule CRM?

I find Capsule CRM extremely useful for keeping track of tasks necessary to run my company, as well as client follow-ups. One of the standout features is how it helps me manage my tasks without having to memorize everything, as it sends timely reminders about pending tasks. I also love that it provides a great system for filing key documents, reducing my reliance on email. The ability to set up recurring tasks simplifies my workflow, allowing me to efficiently check off everything I've completed. As an independent HR consultant, I appreciate its affordability and effectiveness. Being familiar with the system is a major advantage for me, and I find it truly fitting for my professional needs. What do you dislike about Capsule CRM?

I dislike that when saving an email to the system, all of the images on the email get saved as well. This leads to an inconvenient experience when I want to find a file attached to an email, as I have to sift through numerous images from the emails. What do you like best about Capsule CRM?

I joined the company about three months ago and Capsule was completely new to me. Having used a few other CRMs in the past, I can honestly say this one is by far the easiest to get to grips with. It is clean, intuitive, and everything just makes sense. You do not waste time trying to figure out where things are.

Within a day or two I was already comfortable logging calls, updating opportunities and tracking projects without needing any training, which is something we do a lot of. It is clear the system has been designed with real users in mind.

Capsule has made managing customer relationships much simpler and more organised, and it is genuinely easy to use, which is not something I can say about many CRMs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Capsule CRM?

Capsule is super simple to use and helps me to organise my workload without having to manually chase 100 things over a million different tasks. Capsule is an absolute game changer to removing unessacary paperwork and manual reminders. What do you like best about Capsule CRM?

Have been using Capsule every day for the best part of 12 years now.

It's very user-friendly and easy to set up get to grips with. The opportunity and projects features are fantastic for keeping on top of tasks, and the new pipeline reporting features that are regularly being added are also solid additions to the tool.

The filtering options are great and allow for custom lists of contacts/opportunities/projects with all sorts of criteria which can be really useful for multifaceted businesses like ours.

Also plenty of third-party integrations that are available - it's on my to-do list to check out the other options that could improve workflow.

Should also mention that the customer service team have always been fantastic whenever we've needed a bit of extra help - quick to respond and informative. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Capsule CRM?

It would be nice to be able to choose different plans for different users within an account - not all users need the advanced reporting and perhaps only have access in order to see customer details, so it can really add to the subscription costs in these instances. What do you like best about Capsule CRM?

What I really like about Capsule is the ability to communicate with support and not waste time with a bot when I need something, and also that they take practical feedback seriously. What do you dislike about Capsule CRM?

With some features, it's clear they are not yet completely polished. For example, I have a problem when using an email alias, so we cannot send emails through Capsule because we send everything from a different domain, and we have to use an add-on. I was missing a similar refinement in automation so I could use it more. These are specific requirements for our company, so most companies probably won't be interested, but it's a shame not to be able to fully utilize the potential of the CRM when, from my perspective, so little is missing. It’s still a work in progress, but the team is constantly improving. The biggest area for development is the mobile app — it’s currently slow, feature-poor, and clunky. My company made the switch to Capsule a few years ago, and I was experiencing some growing pains related to the switch and loss of features I was used to using. Generally speaking, the product is way better than out previous one, but a few features that made my day to day work easier didn't exist. A submitted a couple of feature requests, and not only were they met with quick, kind responses, they have been developed and added in a pretty short time. I'm a fan of the product and the support!
