What do you like best about IT Glue?

IT Glue has significantly improved the way we document and share information within our team. By keeping everything—such as client credentials, network diagrams, and procedures—in a single location, it has become much simpler to quickly locate what we need. What do you like best about IT Glue?

IT Glue keeps everything in one place — credentials, client info, network diagrams, and SOPs are easy to find and update. The folder structure and relationship mapping make documentation logical and fast to navigate, especially when jumping between multiple clients. The search is quick, and integrations with PSA and RMM tools save a lot of double-entry. It’s reliable, well-designed, and genuinely improves technician efficiency day to day. What do you dislike about IT Glue?

Sometimes the interface feels a bit slow when loading large client data sets, and the permissions model can be tricky to fine-tune for different roles. The password manager works well, but the browser extension could be smoother. Small things, but overall nothing that stops it from being one of the most useful tools in our MSP stack. What do you like best about Kaseya 365 Ops?

Bringing together Autotask Ultimate, Datto RMM, and IT Glue along with Network Glue and MyGlue was a brilliant move. Adding even more tools such as Kaseya Quote Manager, ConnectBooster, and myITprocess really completes the package. Having a rock star account manager on my side to help escalate support issues is really what transformed my operations. With comprehensive implementation services, we were able to onboard and understand how K365 Ops interoperates fully. Any stack of IT operations tools is complicated, but Kaseya makes it easy to use with tons of integrations. We use them daily and couldn’t imagine running the business without them. Shifting from a reactive break/fix approach to running a full-service IT business proactively is exactly the kind of evolution that any new MSP or T&M IT business truly needs. What do you dislike about Kaseya 365 Ops?

What do you like best about IT Glue?

I have been using IT Glue for a little over 2 years. Lately i have been giving more attention to the home page of the individual organizations we support, specifically the upcoming expirations which allows us to stay on top of renewals in order to avoid service disruptions. The Recently viewed by you overview comes in handy when you are constantly accessing a particular item within a organization. Also the documents feature is great to keep track of relevant client documentations which needs access by my team members and the ability to see revisions and who made the changes and when is a great way to which documents have updated recently and older dated documents may need review to keep them updated. What do you dislike about IT Glue?

What do you like best about IT Glue?

IT glue is an essential part of our day to day operations. It allows us to securely store and access documentation and credentials for our customers. What do you like best about IT Glue?

The search function. Simply put it's great to have 3 search options and the search actually properly works. It looks for matching words in titles, descriptions, links,... anything so if you have a vague idea of what you need but aren't sure where it will pull up whatever matches the query.

Then the options to connect search, search in the current tenant or all search are very friendly to use and swap between whilst also keeping your typed info. A seemingly minor point but many software will simply erase or require a whole new search to switch between search ranges. It's very user friendly in that regard.

That and obviously how great it is at keeping things sorta and the interlinking of information so there is always a trail of where it came from and goes to. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about IT Glue?

The categories are good but due to it's monotone design I and small icons I can often overlook the category I'm looking for. I visualy search first before reading and possibly making the icons a bit more pronounced or distinguished would help speed that up Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
