Justworks team members support each other, so we always get a quick response and resolve questions or issues. They are knowledgeable and friendly. The system is very user-friendly for managing our employees and year-end requirements. We process four payroll cycles and handle our 1099 vendors and contractors, including international, with ease. I find that the layout of both the Web and mobile App versions are intuitive and allow the user to quickly navigate between different sections as necessary. One of the greatest features is the customer support function – if ever any of our employees has a question about benefits or any other aspect, the Justworks team is available and super helpful. I'm not sure if this is relevant but I do not like that the Clock-in app (Open Shifts) is a separate platform. I wish it was all in one site and easy to move from one to another without having to go to a different website, at least that's how I use it right now.
