I am in the tech world. this has a feel for the AP world. I end up asking a lot of questions on how to do things and how things work and even if they can do things for me to avoid issues. simple things like invoice adjustements/corrections prove difficult for me. Maybe a better onboarding process/tutorial from Yooz. I use yooz maybe 1 or 2 times a week for a short period of time, I forget from one use to the next. Customer support has been good and responsive but would like a feature from my page to access support instead of having to go throguh the AP Manager. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
