What do you like best about Yooz?

What do you dislike about Yooz?

I am in the tech world. this has a feel for the AP world. I end up asking a lot of questions on how to do things and how things work and even if they can do things for me to avoid issues. simple things like invoice adjustements/corrections prove difficult for me. Maybe a better onboarding process/tutorial from Yooz. I use yooz maybe 1 or 2 times a week for a short period of time, I forget from one use to the next. Customer support has been good and responsive but would like a feature from my page to access support instead of having to go throguh the AP Manager. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Yooz?

We use Yooz daily for processing and approving invoices across various departments... Yooz has delivered substantial value by automating and digitizing our invoice processing. Over two years, it has helped boost productivity, improve accuracy, and provide greater visibility into our payables process. customer support is generally helpful, though response times can sometimes be slower during peak periods.

If your company prioritizes efficiency, cloud access, and integration with existing financial systems, Yooz is a strong option for AP automation. Just be prepared to invest time in initial training and process customization to maximize its benefits. Yooz offers a straightforward implementation process, enabling our team to get up and running quickly with minimal disruption to daily operations.

What do you like best about Yooz?

Yooz has made it easier to post invoices for both our parts and service department without needing to chase down managers for invoice approvals. I use the app daily to post invoices for all departments. It took less than a few days to get the hang of using the application. Our entire dealership now uses Yooz for daily invoicing. It also helps cutting back on keeping paper invoices. Customer support has been useful as well with the east on contacting someone through the chat when needed. What do you dislike about Yooz?

What do you dislike about Yooz?

While Yooz has some strong features, I’ve run into a few frustrating issues. The OCR technology often misreads invoices or struggles with vendor identification, which means I spend more time double-checking than I’d like. Getting started was also harder than expected—the onboarding process felt confusing, and the training resources weren’t very helpful. I’ve also noticed the reporting tools are pretty limited and the dashboard isn’t easy to customize. It works, but it definitely takes some patience and manual oversight to get the most out of it. What do you like best about Yooz?

I love the automatic workflow it offers with pulling the invoices sent to our email directly into our Yooz account. I also do love the accessibility of Yooz retaining the information previously used while coding invoices. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Yooz?

I wish you can select multiple invoices and forward/transfer them. Same with submission.Also, wish we could filter by more categories, such as, 'project name'. The naming for document types are a bit specific for certain categories...Certificate of Liability is an example I was hoping to find, however the only options were personal liability or certificate of personal liability. What do you like best about Yooz?

I find Yooz incredibly easy to use, with its AI system automatically filling in important invoice information, saving me time on processing. The platform offers options for vendors regarding payment methods, including groundbreaking check printing, which is unique and efficient. Additionally, Yooz's integration with our Sage Intacct accounting program seamlessly into our accounting workflow. The many payment options available, like the use of checkbooks, provide a sense of security for vendors, as it ensures their information remains private, which is crucial in today's business environment. What do you dislike about Yooz?

I find it frustrating when invoices don't get pulled in from the email, which sometimes requires them to be manually uploaded. Additionally, there are instances where the information is pulled in from the invoice, but it is not always exact. For example, if an invoice number has a dash within it, Yooz drops the dash, so an invoice number like 1-2 would be entered as 12. What do you like best about Yooz?

What do you dislike about Yooz?

There is lag after each invoice/payment that gets approved, ie. 3-5 seconds while the screen loads. When there's 30 invoices to approve and pay, the lag adds up to several minutes of waiting.

I also dislike that I can't approve payments in bulk. If I approve 30 invoices and want to pay them right away, I have to manually approve each one which is time consuming. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Yooz?

We have been using Yooz for about 6 months. I have definitely noticed that our vendors are getting paid quicker as the invoice processing has been much more streamlined than our previous process. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Yooz?

The ability to have the original invoice in front of me - it is not AI generated or otherwise summarized. The GUI is intuitive and easy to use. What do you like best about Yooz?

What I like most about Yooz is that it reads the information from the invoice, allowing me to add or select the information I need with just a simple click, without having to write it myself directly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Yooz?

Some fields do not allow searching or do not have this search engine, which delays the process a bit since I have to search with the mouse scroll when really if I type it with the keyboard and yooz searches it, it would be easier. Also, I cannot copy information from Excel, which is necessary for the various reconciliations carried out in my work, and I have to enter them one by one. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
