JOINT AFFIDAVIT OF WITNESS

We, PSSg Paluga and PCpl Gamalo, of legal age, married, and a PNP
personnel of Jasaan MPS, after having sworn to an oath in a manner prescribed by
law do hereby depose and say;

That, we are the operatives under the supervision of PCpt Danilo Calurasan
for the enforcement of Simultaneous Aggressive Police Operation (SAPO) which is
to regulate all forms of illegal activities such as illegal drugs and illegal gambling
issued through radio message.

That, on February 24, 2020, we were able to arrest one Junmark accused
for the crime of attempted homicide together with our Chief of Police, who, at the
time was present during the conduct of operation.

That, on February 26, 2020, we also arrested Ten (10) persons suspected
for conducting illegal gambling activity at Jasaan, Misamis Oriental, wherein our
Chief of Police is also present at the time we conducted a raid on the said area.

That, the conduct of Simultaneous Aggressive Police Operation was truly


reiterated and seriously implemented by our Chief of Police, that in every
operation we were conducting, he was always present and supervising us to the
methods which we will used in the conduct of the said operation.

That, we, together with our Chief of Police, were always monitoring and
observing any malicious activity which is covered to our operation and always
been on alert to the call of service.

That, we, together with our Chief of Police, have seldom visitation and
don’t have that much time to remain in Jasaan Police Station because of the
conduct of Simultaneous Aggressive Police Operation (SAPO) to render service
and obedience to the order of high ranking official.

That, we testify that our Chief of Police did not have that much time to
have a social gatherings especially of committing abusive conducts of authority
which will be manifested as an unethical.

That, we execute this affidavit to corroborate the activities as an operatives


of Simultaneous Aggressive Police Operations that was directed by our Chief of
Police and attest the truthfulness of the foregoing facts and circumstances.
