NON – ALCOHOLIC DRINKS

SMOOTHIES RECIPES
HEALTHY In C

Ingredients:
¼ slice pineapple
1 pc Orange, peeled and seeded
1 pc apple, peeled and seeded
4 oz orange juice
½ cup plain yogurt
Honey to taste

How To Make It
Place all ingredients in a blended except honey. Add a scoop of ice cubes and blend, add
honey to add more sweetness. Pour in a poco grande glass and garnish with a sliced of any fruit
used. (3-4 servings).

PINK TROPICANA

Ingredients:
8 pcs strawberry
½ cup strawberry juice
1 slice water melon, seeded
1 slice mango
1 cup strawberry yogurt
Sugar syrup/Honey to taste

How To Make It
Place all ingredients in blender except the syrup. Add a scoop and blend, add syrup to add
more sweetness. Pour in a squall glass and garnish with water melon or strawberry. (3-4
servings)

ALL 4 ONE

Ingredients:
1 slice melon (medium slice)
1 pc Kiwi, peeled
1 slice Mango
1 pc Apple
2 oz apple juice
½ cup Plain yogurt
Honey/sugar to taste

How To Make It
Place all ingredients in blender except the syrup. Add a scoop of ice cubes and blend, add
syrup/honey to add more sweetness. Pour in a squall glass and garnish with watermelon or
strawberry. (3 – 4 serving)

PINK BANANA

Ingredients:
1 slice pineapple, medium size
8 pcs strawberry
1 slice pineapple, small slice
1 pc apple, peeled and seeded
1 cup plain yogurt
Honey/sugar syrup to taste

How To Make It

syrup to add more sweetness. Pour in a footed pilsner glass and garnish with strawberry. (3-4

TROPICAL KIWI SMOOTHIES

Ingredients:

1 pc Kiwi, peeled
1 slice mango
½ pc orange
4 oz pineapple juice
½ cup plain yogurt

1 pc carrot, medium
1 pc orange
1 pc apple
¼ slice pineapple
1 cup yogurt, plain

How To Make It

blend, add syrup or honey to add more sweetness if you want. Pour in footed pilsner or any tall
glass and garnish with any of the fruits used. (3 – 4 servings)
MOCKTAIL RECIPES
OPG Fizz (Paco Grande Glass)
Ingredients:
5 oz orange juice
3 oz pineapple juice
¾ oz grenadine
Sprite

How To Make It
Put all first three ingredients in a shaker filled with ice. Shake briskly and strain in a poco grande
glass filled with ice and top up with sprite. Garnish with orange sliced.

PURPLE BURST (Zombie Glass)

Ingredients:
5 pcs. Grapes, seedless
3 oz Grape Juice
3 oz Apple Juice

How To Make It
Muddle grapes first in zombie glass and fill glass with ice. Add grapes and apple juice and top up
with sprite. Garnish a slice of apple or grapes.

FOUR FUN (Collins Glass)

Ingredients:
3 oz Kiwi Juice
2 oz Orange Juice
3 oz Apple Juice
1.5 oz Cranberry Juice

How To Make It
Build the ingredients in a Collins or Zombie glass filled with ice. Garnish with kiwi or orange slice.

STRAPPLE (Paco Grande Glass)

Ingredients:
3 oz Strawberry Juice
4 oz Apple Juice
3 oz Pineapple juice

How To Make It
Put all ingredients in a shaker filled with ice. Shake briskly and strain in paco grande glass filled
with ice. Garnish with strawberry.

5 STAR (Squall glass)

Ingredients:
3 oz Orange Juice
2 oz Pineapple Juice
3 oz Strawberry Juice
1 oz Grape Juice
Sprite

How To Make It

ice and top up with sprite. Garnish with strawberry.
