1:00 pm - Arrival, Registration and Billeting (hotel room available only at 2:00 pm)
6:00 pm - Plenary 1 – Opening Program (details, to follow)

December 7, 2022 (Wednesday)


9:00 am - Plenary 2 & Technical Sessions (details, to follow)
12:00 noon - Lunch
2:00 pm - Plenary 3 - NEB Meeting (National Officers & Regional Chairpersons)
6:00 pm - Dinner
December 8, 2022 (Thursday)

We strongly advise that you to call our office to coordinate your attendance to avoid hassle and
confusion in your accommodation. Deadline of payment of registration fee is November 28, 2022 through
LANDBANK Acct. 0571 1431 86 (East Ave. Branch), Acct. Name: Vice Mayors’ League of the Philippines,
Inc. and send a picture of your deposit slip to vmlp88@yahoo.com for proof of payment with your name and
LGU written on it.

Only those who have paid on or before the deadline shall be reserved with hotel room. Manila Hotel
rooms is limited; this is a first-come-first-served basis. Payments done at the Registration Area shall be
considered “Walk-in” and may be referred to another hotel for accommodation or “Live Out”
